I called him several times. Every time he had an excuse why he never showed up. He is not a reliable person. I had used him before with no problems, but this time was a mess.

Seems like they will install there new glass but if you have the glass already they say they will do it and set up a time but they will never show up. Called back to tell them I still needed them installed and they didnt when they were supose to and the guy said well we are pretty buisy right now I dont know when I could do it. So, Ill just take it to town and have someone else do it and will never call these guys again. Thanks for nothing but hastles and making my disabled vet father not have a vehicle even longer. Really appreciate it.

I ordered a windshield from Fuentos. He said he would be there Thursday. Never heard from him. Called back, he said Friday. Never heard anything back. Waited two weeks. Called him again on a Friday. He said he would be there Monday, never heard a word from him. Avoid the frustration and pay $25.00 more, This guy could care less if he sells you a windshield.

I called him for replace for my windshield, Not only he got to me fast and easily called me back right away but he very nice and worked with my schedule to get my vehicle in. He ordered my parts that i need quickly and was cheaper then any other place here. we had to put on sidings for windshield and that because of the explorer make. He was very nice and answered my calls even though he was very busy at the time. I would recommend him to anyone.

Im pleased to have found someone I can trust in this location with this service. Safelite on the front range is more expensive. Mr. Fuentes comes to you, and performs a quality service for a fair price. Its a relief.

Lousy customer service.. wouldnt give this company even 1 star. I called all summer throughout the months of June through August. He would make appointments and then cancel, along with never returning my phone calls. I was willing to go to his location even though his business claims they come to you. You are better off paying an extra $150 going to Hogues Glass in alamosa and scheduling an appointment with real professionals.

It was a lot of run around with these guys.

My mother had an appointment at 9 no show or call explaining why they have shown up.

I would not even give this company a 1 star rating. I had an appointment for 1pm for my windshield to be replaced. At 1:20 I called them and was told the weather would not permit even though I have a large garage that is heated for them to use. I asked the owner why they didnt call me and he only had lame excuses. He then told me he wouldnt be able to do the job. Lousy customer service. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

Replaced back window. Left all the broken glass all over in my truck. Got crazy with the window glue, its all over the frame of window inside and out.
