I was needing a door handle and they didnt have it and said they couldnt order it so I was disappointed but the staff is always nice and friendly and ready to help

Hard to get the right part the first time

My 5 friends and I came from Wisconsin to Alamosa for camping. Soon after our car wouldnt start, we took it to AutoZone on craft street. One guy ran diagnostics and told us our alternator was shot. After a couple hours of calling around nobody had the right part and couldnt fix it. Finally, after a couple hours of feeling helpless and out of options, an employee named Miguel M. came out asking to help us. He ran a diagnostic that he said was more accurate and even explained it to us so we could understand. He came to the conclusion that it was our battery and fixed it for us. I am upset that the manager had not thought to double check the work from the first diagnostic but thankful for Miguel for saving us and our trip. This man deserves a raise. Thank you, Miguel for making a difference the world needs more people like you!!

Very very busy. Actually started with one checker, never came back, fortunately another checker pitched in and helped. Kinda strange. I did get what I was after.

Kevin went above and beyond the normal range of customer service. Ive been an AutoZone customer for several years now and never got the attention that he provided. I highly recommend everyone to quit going to the competitors and make his store your only stop for all your automotive needs.

These guys!!!! This was THE BEST Autozone experience Ive had to date. And Ive been shopping at this chain for years. I didnt even mind spending the big chunk of $$ the batteries cost - I felt empowered with the clear explanations of the products, and knew they were helping me to buy just what I required - they didnt upsell anything.They went above and BEYOND for me in Alamosa. Not only helping me to purchase the right batteries for my RV solar set up, but explaining WHY. I learned SO MUCH today about CCA (cold cranking amps), volts, amp hours and MORE. JEEZ. Just unbelievable service.ALSO - they totally called out shoppers without masks. YES. YEASSSSS!!!! So I wasnt just helped with my purchases, they kept me SAFE while shopping. Gah!! So in love with these guys!Corey, the manager, Bladen and Johnnie were my All Star team today. Generally speaking I get what I need at Auto Zone chains, but this store in particular just knocked it out of the park. And they were SLAMMED with customers. But they still helped each person with patience and kindness.THANK YOU GUYS!! You R O C K at the Alamosa Autozone. FOR REAL.

I have been going to this store for a very long time for some reason in the past year every experience I have has been bad I order a start threw the manager and had to wait 3 days for it. On the 4th day got no call so I called them and i was told the person never order it. But then order another one that was here the very next morning. Thought that was strange but oh well. The next time I tried to order a part threw them it was called something different in the computer so i asked to speak with somebody else with more experience in what i was looking for.i was told no that he was experienced I then asked him if he could look at a you tube Video to help look for the part. He also said no. I end up going to another auto part store and they worked threw the problem with the miss name of the part and figured out it is called a VVT. I gave them a another shot after the starter but that is the service that I got. I wont be back atleast this store. I hope this will help other people before they waste their time.

My experience at auto zone was not a very good one as I had ordered a part for my car that was ordered wrong and then I took it back and reordered it, they still got it wrong. I do not live close to the store and have to drive to get the parts. When I called to let them know that the part I ordered was wrong yet again the female manager whos name I believe is Terri was not very pleasant and started yelling and did not know how to get the correct part ordered. This is not the first time that this has happened and even the staff is aware that wrong parts are constantly being ordered.

I went in to purchase a head light, and was greeted by very polite well mannered young man, Stoney . My experience was very awesome. Great job Stoney, your customer service was remarkable. Keep up the great service .

If there was a negative stars option, Id choose it. All I needed was a simple serpentine belt. After trying to understand the person on the phone, whos English was sub-par at best, he still sent my wife, who doesnt know any better, with the wrong belt. What made it worse was the fact he couldnt own up to his own mistakes. Build the wall and put that failed abortion on the other side immediately. Thank you

Sign said they open at 8:30 on sundays. I was there at 9:00 and the doors still werent open and there were employees inside.

I love Auto Zone. Theyre consistent & reliable, especially when youre traveling. I used to go to OReillys but Auto Zone is better in a lot of ways.

Their share tool program is lacking tools, if you have to change out something in your vehicle there make sure you have your own tools

No public bathroom. No help finding stuff on shelf.

I was looking for a part to fix my 4 wheel low drive. After standing for 15 minutes or so, the two guys doing nothing tells a guy who is stocking to assist me. I tell him what I need but he doesnt know what it is. So instead of going outside to look at the part he tells me to go pull it and bring it to him. I walked out their door for the last time. I went across the street to Oreillys and was immediately greeted, immediately assisted and had my part in less than 5 minutes. While 30 minutes in Autozone got me nothing but agry.

Horrible experience. I went there cuz I was looking for a part for my car that I really needed so bad. The guy that helped me there almost did nothing at all. I just dont know if he even looked it up in his computer or maybe he just made it up, who knows. I know they could find it for me. He even sent me to the dealership for that part that I was looking for. I meam, how can someone send me to the dealership when they really could find that part for me. This is insane. Im talking about maybe the oldest guy working there. Just be aware of helpless people!

We were traveling through and our RV broke down, I had it towed to the Alamosa Autozone. They were very helpful letting us stay in the parking lot and work on my RV even loaning me the tools and equipment I needed to fix it. They also called around and found the parts I needed from another parts store.Overall very friendly and helpful!
