We had hard wood flooring installed by Del Mar Carpet One on the second floor of our 1906 home. Great job and we couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the work! Every step of the process, we were given options and treated as valued customers.

Some of the best selection of carpet, tile, hardwood and other products in the valley, or anywhere - really. But, what truly sets Del Mar apart in my experience is their exceptional customer service - even if you end up not buying a product or postponing a project - they are always happy to help. We have purchased both carpet and tile from these folks and we couldnt be happier with every aspect: the product, the ordering process, communication and installation, its all been superb!

We did a major retiling job in our house in the summer of 18. Nickie met with us several times, helping to select the correct tile for each room. She did a wonderful job, coordinating the entire project. We would definitely want to work with her again !

All of the staff I have worked with at Del Mar Carpet One have always been professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they have never pressured me into any sale. In fact, their staff has often taken the time to come provide a free estimate for my projects, and ultimately encouraged me to select a flooring option that will benefit them the least and me the most. This fact has turned me into a loyal customer since I know Ill always get a straight answer every time.

I have had a chance to cool down after my experience with this store. I ordered flooring, cabinets and counter tops. Everything was fine until the counter tops. They either ordered them the wrong length, or they were cut the wrong length. I never got a phone call from my sales person apologizing for the mistake until my contractor called them and told them how angry I was. I finally got a call and was told they would work out a discount for the inconvenience. I have NEVER heard back from them. No phone call...no letter...NOTHING!!! I have worked in customer service for over 18 years and will tell you that the customer service at this store has a lot to be desired. I would NOT recommend them to anybody!!! Highly disappointed!!!!

Nickie is amazing! She helps from beginning to end and makes sure everything is done right! The entire Del Mar team is great! Would definitely recommend!
