After my car was fried by a local auto parts store. I had it towed to Sanchez auto. We had talked on the phone before hand and they seemed very nice and the willing to help me right away. What I didnt know was how amazing they were. They went out of the way to make sure that I could get home safe. They fixed my car completely. Did so in my budget and are so friendly I have never been so impressed with a shop before I highly recommend them.

Traveling through the area from out of state my vehicle died and this was the only place that could look at it that day. The people who work are super nice and friendly. Unfortunately they couldnt fix it because it was an electrical issue and required a dealership. They sure as hell tried tho and then helped me look at options of what to do and gave me a ride to my hotel!

Outstanding service! We got stranded on our way back to Washington and they were super helpful and got the car in immediately to look at. Explained everything from start to finish and even stayed past closing to finish.

My car broke down while traveling on a Friday night. I was afraid it was my transmission. I looked around and found Sanchez Auto. I called them Saturday morning at 9Am and asked if I could have my car towed to them. The guy who answered said absolutely. I got a tow truck arranged and got my car towed to them. Daniel met us at the door and said as soon as my car is off the truck he will look at it. As soon as my car was off the truck he looked at it and turned it on and it was something with my axel. He told me what it was and to know more he was going to have to get the car to look at it and make sure and that it would be around 30 minutes while they finished up on another car. I left and he called me and told me it was an issue with the axel area(cant remember exactly). He quoted me a fair and honest price and didnt try to sell me on anything else. He had to order the part from Portland and told me it would be done by 4pm. Even though the shop closes at 3 he would stay open later just to get my car done. It ended up finishing at 2:30 and they called me to come get it. It was great work for an honest price. Daniel and everyone I dealt with were great and friendly and did amazing if I ever have issues in the area again I will always go to them and recommend them to all my family and friends. They got me in and out in one day without an appointment and on the weekend.

Not only do we share the best name on the planet lol (Daniel), but were also men with familys, and on sat June 3rd I was traveling with my family from Portland OR, to Eugen OR, for some personal business and my car broke down. It was closing time and other shops in Albany did not want to attend me. Sanchez auto not only attended me, but also provided me with quick diagnostic and a solution to get back to Portland as my car needed to stay over the weekend as all the car rental centers where closed. I recommend anyone to try them out. My cars is now running better then before! Thanks

I have been used Sanchez Auto for over 7 years. He is honest and thorough. I am very leery of many mechanics and have left several of them due to performance or overpricing. It has never been the case with Daniel. I highly encourage people to give him a try.

I would not let this shop work on a Tonka truck let alone a real truck. Several years ago this shop did a front brake job on my truck, price was good and they had time to do it that day, all good. Anyway I picked up my truck drove off and quickly knew something was not right. I pulled over several times over course of a 20 plus mile drive (day the brakes were done). The final time I pulled over to try to figure out what the hell was going on with my truck....I discovered the lug nuts on left front wheel were all loose, lug nuts had only been finger tightened. Needless to say I was pissed. I called shop and raged at them they of course downplayed the seriousness of the mistake made and acted like it was no big deal. I was convinced that there was something wrong with my truck after that incident but several other auto shops checked truck and did not find any problems. But it did not feel right to me and it made me nervous to drive it. Finally I decided that I had to either just sell it or dump $ to another auto shop until the problem was resolved. I made appt with mechanic I trusted and drove truck to his shop. As I was turning in to the shop....the left front side of my truck fell, the left front wheel hub had sheared off broke and entire front of truck hit the pavement. Apparently from failing to tighten lug nuts the wheel had suffered serious damage all the holes were wobbled out of shape causing to much play and making it impossible to secure the left front wheel or tire. Because Sanchez auto refused to acknowledge that their mistake was serious and the fact that they insisted that nothing could have been damaged or was damaged by their error, they may have even noticed the damage on that day when brakes were done but if so they were not reporting that info to me nor were they taking any responsibility at all from the jump. As a result the problems created by their poor services were made even worse and ended up costing a significant amount to repair or replace. Basically I ended up having to replace entire front end of my truck. SO NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUTO SHOP
