Checked in 22 hours earlier then my appointment. Got door right away. Was on my way less then 2 hours. Great gob! Nice people working here. No problem with backing to the dock.were fast pickup process. Perfect!Thank you guys!!!!

The process is very straightforward have everything with you from your drivers license, broker name, load number, truck number and trailer number. They didnt waste time letting me that they are the ones in charge. Once in the facility things moved quickly and I was loaded up in a hr plus a little change. Great thing is that they have a scale at the check out gate

Ive been sitting here 8 hours. Arrived here at 8:30 AM still not in a door at 4:30 PM. Asked for updates and told it was just a little longer. I will not be back here. Why is our time never as valuable as theirs??No restrooms for the drivers!!!! Stay away!!

2-07-20 @ 1500I’m not sure if they had changed or it was my lucky day but I got loaded really fast.I came 10 mins before my appointment. The checkin was quick and easy. The lady was real nice, professional and polite. (I should’ve asked her name: white, about 50 y.o.) She sent me to a staging area, which was a sandy dirt lot. But I waited just half an hour max, got a door. The loading started right away. I got loaded in about an hour. Adjusting my trailer tandems and securing the load took me maybe 10 mins. They weighed my truck at the gate and I got checked out, again really fast.I was done in 2 hours. I’ve NEVER been loaded this FAST at ANY BEER Distribution CentersGOOD JOB!!! Kudos to the team members and management. If only half of the shippers work like those guys I would be the happiest driver and it would make our job so much easier.Thank you very much👍🏻👍🏻Mike, Bob Cargo. 😃😃

Im lucky that I only waited 5 hours to get the dock and 1 hours for loading. others wait much longer. be patient but better avoid this place

Not bad for a brewery. I was there less than 2 hours. No overnight. Scales on site to axle out. Nearest parking is the pilot, mom and pop truck stop 4 miles away with a diner in it and good food and plenty of parking.

Load was ready to go but weights are off had to go to different wherehouse off site to get reworked and its wherehouse 6, not 12 took a couple extra hrs out of my time but watever

Appointment time 1900 arrived 1800They finished to load me 2:21 amIf you coming to here be prepared to spent your hours go to sleep they let you know when you have dock ready

Get to appointment they say not ready but come back in 16 hours call before coming back. The most unorganized place and this is third time here with issues. Someone needs to look into.

As usual, SUPER SLOW to load. Then your OVERGROSS, then you wait, wait & wait some more to be reworked. Even when you show them your TARE weight before hand.

Very nice and polite people. They have overnight parking,they have scale by axel and they do check weight before you leave. And also they didn’t load me to max. As said on confirmation 43500.

Prepare to spend all day in this mud lot waiting for a door assignment. The yard drivers drive around looking at trailer numbers and will honk at you when its your turn for a dock. Very disrespectful. Very disorganized. Appointment times not honored.

Zero stars is really more appropriate...entering on the grounds the drama popped off. The older lady who dealt with us drivers was EXTREMELY RUDE. Little did we know we were in for an 11 1/2 hour wait to pickup due to a production malfunction. Tandems need to be slid all the way to the back with doors open before entering. A plus is that once in the door, you are loaded quickly.

Slow at getting loaded 2 hour wait. But once in dock 1hour more. Good on check in. ( Make sure you have broker name) and trailer must be clean, wheels to the rear.

Been here several times and every single time we come here and this woman is running the gaurd shack its just awful! She has made very nasty comments that Id rather not repeat. Other then that everyone else is very nice. The rude lady in the gaurd shack is the only reason for a one star rating. She needs some serious HR counseling

This morning I was picking up and my trailer tandoms wouldn’t slide. The help I got from the yard driver a mechanic and security was outstanding! This over night crew went above and beyond to help me get this load legal to ride. NEVER in my driving career have I ever experienced this type of selflessness at any shipper EVER. I’m so thankful for the help. Miller I witnessed some outstanding employees in this crew!

Not bad... in and out 3hrs. Security and yard drivers very nice. Staging area is dirty and muddy. No overnight parking but some parking on side of road outside property. Use 2 right lanes checking in no need to pull on scales. They axle your weight and let you adjust and reweigh when you exit.

Very terrible they checked us in and ignored us . They loaded a truck that came after us like we werent nothing. And they want the load delivered on time, really. We checked in @8:35 pm didnt get out until 4:01am the next day that really sucks

I got here at 7:52am this morning being told that this place loads on a first come first serve basis. It is now 5pm and have watched every truck come in after me be loaded and sent out the gate. This place is a joke and will definitely never return no matter how much the load pays....

AVOID!!!! If you are a driver please beware it will be a very long wait to even start loading. The only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 1 is because the guard was so sweet and trying to help the best he could. The order they have doesnt match the paperwork so they cant move on. My appointment was at 1201am and now the computer has magically changed the appointment to 730am after I already checked in and sat for 2 hrs. They refuse to load the order as is. This place is terrible!!!!

Drivers Attention, never except a live load or unload from any of the MillerCoors facilities enless you just like loosing money!!! Wait times are outrageous, I once left the MillerCoors facility in Trenton Oh after 23 hours on property and they failed to get me to a loading dock. Currently Im at the Albany, Ga facility and coming up on 3 hours sitting outside the gate after checking in. I will never haul another load for them again, I would rather sit empty than haul their products.Drivers unite

8am app. Was backed into a door by8:15 and was loaded on my way out by 9:15

NEVER AGAIN!!!! Appt was 5pm, got here @ 3pm, they told me the product isnt ready and to call @ 6pm. Called @ 6pm, product still not ready, advised to call back @8. Gave them some extra time, called @9. LOAD IS STILL NOT READY!!!Lets just say it is now 2am and the load is still not ready.

Im a truck driver and I have been here more than 6 hours waiting good my trailer loaded, this place is one of those that doesnt care anything about truck drivers.

It was very hot down there and the plant was busy but I still enjoyed myself .Thinking about moving to GA

This place is a joke, had a noon appointment and have been sitting every since. So far 6 hrs and still not done. No wonder people dont want to haul beer, if it takes this long to load. Monkeys could load faster. If possible refuse the load and find something else.....

Go over scale when entering, if getting live loaded. Or they will have you flip around and enter again. Get bulkheads inside after you check in. Back into dirt parking area. They will knock on door when you are ready to get loaded and done. Took longer than expected.

This has to be the worst place I have ever tried to pick up a load from. I was told no appointment needed. I arrived at 2:45 pm and sat until 8:00 pm .asked when the load might be ready and was told around 6:00 am and to come back just to be safe around 7:00 am . Got here at 7:15 am sat 9:30 went back inside to check and was told there waiting on some kegs and didnt really know when they would arrive. So instead of cancelling the load they will just have you sit and wait been here. 3:5 hours and no one has a clue. Someone really need to take a look at how this place is managed. Ill never be back.

Wow, must have new people. All nice and helpful. In at 1145 out at 130. Everyone i met; ladies at scale, genteman at scale, man doing bulkheads, 2 lazer spot drivers and the warehouse worker that showed me the bathroom were ALL nice and helpful. Thank you all. Fred. F and F Transportation.

Mass confusion over a backhaul load of plastic pallets. The people are nice but the unction to function with clarification & efficiency is sorely lacking. Waited 2hrs for a dock only to have to move to another dock another hour later. Pathetic.

We get here at 13:30 is 19:24 and still waiting . When I ask the guard he said the product is posible not ready yet. This situation is out of control no ones care about others waiting. I read the comments and I believe now is very true.Terrible place !!!!!!

Hours and hours of waiting HIGHLY recommend you bring food and water with you had an appointment at 1400 at midnight I had still not gotten a door. They have plenty of doors but they only seem to use 4 of them for live loading if you can avoid coming here I highly recommend not doing this run!

On arrival the girls that checks in trucks out side of the guard shack they dont have any kind of manner what so ever, they talk to the drivers badly and they are disrespectful Ive seen them do that to 4 other drivers too. Rather than that everything is same as other places.

I arrived at 7 p.m. for a 7:30 appointment to be loaded and was held up until 9:15 the next morning waiting on product to be manufactured

Security guards at the truck gate are obnoxiously rude to drivers - I called in to check if my preloaded trailer was ready and was lectured by a huffing and puffing guard about how thats not their job. I showed up to drop and hook and was yelled by two guards that they were not accepting empty trailers from my company anymore, something that the first guard could have told me when I called in. Just a terrible experience from the start. I enjoy Miller beer but they REALLY need to learn some customer service communication skills. Absolutely no reason for that level of ridiculousness.

Well,lets see...where do I begin? Woman working at the guard shack has an attitude the size of an iceberg! Ive been here two hours and Im still waiting to be put in a door. Who knows how long itll be to actually get loaded. All of this wasted time will probably make the load later for delivery. Parking here is a joke. I dont even know where the restroom are located. Should have been a preload p/u window 1/16 thru 1/19. Arrived at 3pm on the 19th, was told at guard shack by security they closed previous day due to a breakdown and wont open again until 6am on the 20th. Wondering why they wouldnt let me pick up if preloaded, didnt even take p/u info, just turned away.

Great place to pick up a load. Ol dude there swept out my trailer for me. And I was told it was a live load. When I arrived it was preloaded. 👌

Poorly run entry point. Load not properly loaded. There are a number of things wrong now that the new companies are inside the gates. I have been coming here for over 4 years and never had a load I could not scale, usually in and out but from the cluster f**k they call an entry point to loading, things have changed and not for the better. Growing pains I guess but they need to learn fast or find somewhere else to be.

These people are very unorganized. The planners have no idea what there doing. They scheduled a high dollar keg load for 12pm dock time and 4 am delivery time. Didn’t want the product to stay on trailer very long. Arrived at 11:40 departed at 21:00. They told me been in business for 30 years must be doing something right. Apparently they have men in positions that shouldn’t be there. There certainly not concerned for safety as they held me at dock for 8 hours. Then said well it’s your business if you want to sit on load for 3 days. Very bad uneducated people stay away from this place.

Very bad experience, sent my driver in saturday evening, they said they do not do live load on evenings. next morning they said we will load around 12 pm, now is 2.19 pm my driver just got a door, not loading yet. I know I should not expect anything else from previous reviews, but please do not repeat my mistake, DO NOT COME HERE FOR LOADING!!!

My appt was at 16:00 on 01/16/18, I got here at 15:30, and was loaded by 17:47. I had no problems with anyone, just used my manners and asked nicely. Furthermore, if you havent been to there cafeteria I highly recommend you do so home cook meal a little pricesy, but worth it.

If i could give negative stars i would, don’t waste your time coming here this is the absolute worst shipper i have ever been to the wait time is beyond crazy before you even get to a dock i have literally watched every truck that came after me come and go along with all the ones that were here before me there is no order to this chaos and the yard jockeys don’t seem to be doing anything but just riding around i will never come to this place again i don’t care if I’m offered a million dollars

I dont know if my Miller Lite is coming out of Albany or not but quality control is very sloppy. In the past few months, Ive gotten numerous green beers and a rash of case beer with tops missing and the bottles empty. My 40 years of Miller loyalty is beginning to falter.

Don’t come here if you value your time! This place is horrible, came at scheduled appointment 10am and 21:00 still not being loaded! Nobody know what going on and why! Machines loading slow. Unfriendly stuff I don’t understand that language they speak do they know what they doing here? Yard people you don’t speak English!
