They ALWAYS have the most amazing flavors of ice cream. The prices are high, but the amount of ice cream you get is proportionate. I cant say the same about the milkshakes though, those could be a bit bigger for the price. Overall, this location is small, locally owned, and has excellent staff. Will be going again.

My fiance and I took our dogs for one final walk together through washington park and decided to stop by Ben and Jerrys. We have to put our almost four year old (ten days) Australian Cattle Dog, Murphy, to sleep and thought he should have one final good day. The man we saw Thursday June 17th was extremely kind and understanding of the situation as we rolled Murphy in in a wagon. He gave him one extra scoop of ice cream and gave us our milkshake on the house. To whoever that man is, thank you so much for making our last day with our dog have one glimmer of happiness. Well be sure to come in again soon.

Employees were nice and made my milkshake really fast (it was good too!), and theres some seating right outside. a little pricey but that was expected

The website and Google says they are open, but its 4:50pm and they are definitely not open.Was excited to see they had a location nearby, but if they cant keep their hours current, how can I trust the rest of the operation? Great waste of time...

Super cute and run super smoothly during COVID. They got my order together really fast and were super careful about contact and distancing. Really appreciate their efforts.

Always love Ben & Jerrys! Just got a milkshake this time around. They have the usual cone, cup, milkshake and build your own pint options. Place was clean and not busy at all (it was a Wednesday evening) so it was a quick and gratifying wait to receive my milkshake. Oh and they accept card as payment (cant remember if they accept cash as well).

Ice cream seems to be tastier than stores. A little dicey for parking though.

Awesome ice cream place! I went out with my Community Habilitation worker a few years ago and I got the hot fudge core ice cream (I forget which icecream flavors I got) and I really enjoyed it! Havent been there in a while but I would like to go back there again.

Came here yesterday 8/26/2020, evening with my son he was so excited to come here, but got really upset quick due to hair was in his cookie dough ice cream. Sad.

I just tried this place this year and the ice cream is excellent; best ice cream I have ever tasted. There are many whacky flavours and waffle cones. The waffle cones are delicious.

We were so happy to find a Ben and Jerrys on such a hot day! Location is pretty small and you cant see the tubs of ice cream to help decide on a flavor...but it was still good and the employees were friendly.

If only ice cream were calorie-free! Id eat it every day, oink oink! Nice staff, yummy ice cream-unique flavors, too! I was a tad bummed that they didnt have my 1st choice of Seven Layer Bar. Maybe next time, since there absolutely will be one! :)

Omg!! So I was there yesterday with my toddler and had to wait near an hour for our guest meanwhile the host was listening to beautiful southern oldies I mean like Jeannie Seely oldies..it was soothing then a cute all black lab walked in had ice cream and didnt want to leave!! It was super cute!!!.... I love this spot and its hospitality!!! Near the metro area of Albany near Washington park and Albany medical... its perfect!

No place to sit and eat inside. And last time the person serving us didnt use gloves and had his hands all in the ice cream. But the park is right there so on a nice day its a lovely ice cream outing as long as you remind them to wear gloves

I had EXCELLENT service from Emily at Ben & Jerrys last week. She really went out of her way to arrange for a surprise cake for my brothers birthday. I appreciated the great service and the cake really enhanced his day!

Quality cakes and service! Ive used Ben & Jerrys for several birthday parties now and they are beautiful and delicious! They even graciously replaced a cake for me when the order was off one time!!

How can you not like Ben & Jerrys? I also like their new location. Its a little more convenient to get too from the park in my opinion and the shop was beautifully designed. Even though its a newer shop they still managed to keep the rustic look and feel of the stores location in tact.

Nice little place with a large park in walking distance and other local restaurants. Looks like a great neighborhood to just walk up and get your favorite treat. The staff was very friendly

Okay for a treat. But no restroom and no water or ice. Come on all you sell is frozen ice cream. One scoop costs more than buying a pint in a grocery store.

Am I blessed or cursed to have a scoop shop in my neighborhood? Ill go with blessed, because Ben & Jerrys rocks.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! On a tour of Albany with my two special needs children we decided to stop here at Ben and Jerrys for a quick ice cream (our first Ben and Jerrys visit) the young guy at the counter had a serious nasty attitude problem! My child was standing close to the counter in such excitement to get her ice cream, when the worker waved his hand in my childs face in an aggressive loud tone CAN YOU BACK UP MOVE AWAY FROM OVER HERE my childs smile quickly turned into a sad disappointed look as she tugged on me signaling she wanted to leave. I tried to normalize things grabbed our order and had the children go sit at the outdoor seating while I finished purchasing our ice cream. I Shouldve just walked out! So our total for 3 kids size cones and one regular scoop came out to $18.65! I then went out in Hopes to snap some pictures as this was our first Ben and Jerrys visit, the same nasty attitude guy at the counter came over and once again in an aggressive tone shouted I NEED THE TABLES at that point we were near in tears at how rude this worker was and our experience was RUINED!If this is what Ben and Jerrys is about then I will never step foot in another one of their stores! HORRIBLE EMPLOYEEOVER PRICED ICE CREAM, OUR EXPERIENCE RUINED!

I know a lot of people in upstate like Stewarts but for me Stewarts is pretty plain and simple. Ben and Jerrys flavors and creativity makes it as good as an international brand!!

Great little shop on the corner. Sometimes the wait can be a little long when theres only one person behind the counter trying to keep up.

Ice cream was Alllllllll that! But unfortunately there was a smell in the place that was not pleasant. It smelled like like a car litter box. My girlfriend confirmed because she has two cats and 3 litter boxes.
