Came here to simply test drive a vehicle. He was nice and had a great attitude when he walked outside to greet me and as soon as I told him I was still saving for a down payment his attitude changed, even after telling him I could have the money the following week. Gave me a flat out “no” and began to walk away from me as I was still talking. This man does not know how to conduct business. He is very rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. Would not recommend anybody to do business with this man.

I bought a used 2003 Dodge about 6 months ago from these people. I know there is no warranty on used cars but that’s not what my complaint is about . I put $1500.00 down and I made my payments the first of each month even though they were due on the 15th. About 5 months after buying the truck at an over inflated price of over $5000.00 ( I have sense looked up the real value of the truck on Kelly blue book and it said the truck was worth between $1500.00 and $2300.00 and with the shape the truck was in with bents and scratches and a Brookner dash I would say it was worth more like $1500.00) well back to my review. 5 months after I bought the truck it blow a head gasket and I had to pay $2500.00 to have a used motor put in. Well that only lasted less than 2 weeks and the used motor blow... when I had the used motor put in I was told I had a 90 day warranty . When I had the truck towed back to them they told me I was going to have to pay another $2500.00 to get once again another USED motor put in. Mr. Jeff Lawson was a very rude person and didn’t care all he wanted was his money. I am an elderly gentleman myself and I take care of my 93-year-old father. We live on a fixed income and his truck is already put us in dire straits the transfer date . That’s your loss and I wish you nothing but the worst in this world there’s a special place in hell for people like you do you give used car dealers a bad name. I beg anybody reading this please please please do not do business with the people they are crooks and don’t care about their customers at all...

Best used car buying experience I ever had. Purchased two vehicles and they didnt run my credit however they reported my on time payments and it helped build my credit up.

If you ever have problems with your car and you tell them they can have the trash.They will put repo in the system this company should be shut down

The worst deal I made in my life. I felt cheated and used. My engine runned hot I paid them to fix it and still over paid for the vehicle. A total of 9800 for a 5000 vehicle that I paid 1600 down on. No Vaseline Vaseline

If you can help it, DO NOT go here for a car. They are crooks and scam artist! If you do use them never pay in cash, always get a receipt, and always ask for your balance after payment. Bad review! The worst car lot in Albany, GA

Missed 1 payment towed my car on a Sunday when place is closed on Sunday get later in mail saying still have to pay on it even when have car back B.S dont go here
