Customer service was amazing I came explaining to them how I wanted to customize a dipper bag and get someone’s name on it she gave me a very reasonable price and I was on board from the get. instead of ripping me off she even explained to me her concern of the fabric before pressing the vinyl on and told me how she didn’t want it to melt, instead of sending me away she still decided to continue to assist me and look up the material(Oxford) of the bag I brought in to get customized just to find out that it was most definitely safe to do but if I was still unsure of it and if I didn’t want to do it she also recommended me to another business which I thought was cool because she also helped promote other business BUT I decided to stay with her and take a leap of faith and I absolutely loved the outcome!! I thanked her for her assistance and told her I’d definitely be coming again
