I am soooo thankful that I chose Albany Sewing Machine Center for the purchase of my new Babylock machine! The machine is great and the service is top notch. I thought I was going to have to go without my machine for days at least when it started making strange noises, but Kevin had me in and out of there fast! Granted, it was kind of an easy fix, but this newbie couldn’t have done it without their help. Now, my machine is home where she belongs and I am sewwwwwww happy!,

I purchased a used Babylock, partly because it had a service record with Sewing and Vac. I had to take it in for service this week. I feel like I have a new machine. Kevin was excellent, but so was the staff. So pleasant to speak with and I hoped they liked me, because they will be seeing more of me!

Overall, good service. Materials aplenty for those that quilt (I dont), and sewing knickknacks. They also do a great job at servicing you machine.
