I had the pleasure of visiting Pandora at Crossgates Mall Albany, NY over the busy holiday season looking for a gift for a special someone. I was greeted within seconds of entering the store by Danielle and was shown some beautiful jewelry based on what I was looking for. The jewelry cases were very organized and well stocked (even for the busy holiday season). Danielle suggested a piece exactly what I was looking for. (The sparkling wishbone bangle in silver). A very simple, but elegant piece. I was very happy with the purchase and my visit to the store that day. Thank you so much Danielle for the great customer service and excellent product knowledge. So dont leave ur group bc apparently you wont go in. So apparently this store still going by the cdc rules I waited for a few minutes watching my father and daughter. Theres about six associates only 2 customers being helped. Once I saw my family going check out figure ill go check she was getting. Nope I get stop staying not aloud to go in bc have to be someone able to serve me but I said twice I just wanted to see my daughter for a minute wasnt planing staying in to look or anything.. but nope only certain amount people are aloud in. Seriously? not aloud to see my daughter... ok u had other associates were helping no one ( not that I needed any service) but yet you had no sign anywhere on your windows on what number of people were aloud in. So hope you feel stupid realizing I was leaving with my family. Not coming to your store again.

Dint go here for pandora issues they wont help you. Over priced jewelry too. Everything they have is 2-300 more then what its listed on website.

Their jewelry is beautiful and you can find a wide range of of gifts and prices to fit a budget.

I had the most beautiful wonderful loving caring Woman help me with my bracelet charm and necklace on Saturday she is the best I can’t wait till they open up

Terrible service. I went in to get my mother a charm and the lady didn’t have a mask on and was on her phone the whole time not paying any attention forme, asked her for help to find a charm and totally disregarded me and went upon her own business and ignored me. ended up walking out the store w still no words from her mouth.

Unfortunately they did not stock enough items for last minute Mothers Day gift 🎁 shoppers.

So my and my sister went to the store for our mom, we were charged for the right charm but the worker ended up switching the 2 charms. We went back to return it to get the right one and the person helping us wasnt all too helpful I feel because we were young. They then proceeded to throw the right charm and it landed on the floor. Not too happy.

Horrible service. My daughter bought me a ring for mothers day and told me the service was so bad she just took the first size they found and left. I had to return it and when i tried, they did not have the correct size. They told me no problem it would only be 3-5 business days (very manipulative) as most grown adults can recognize that is at least a week work of days. They asked for my email I said no. They insisted I needed it, I said no I dont I gave you my phone number. I said just refund me then. They said they needed the card, even though they had the receipt. I reminded them it was a gift and I did not have the card. They said they couldnt give me the ring back without returning it. I said what. You refused to refund it I own it - give it back. They literally called security. Security arrived I told them what happened. Security told them to give me my ring back. Ridiculous. Now I am stuck with a ring that I cant wear. They dont deserve one star but I had to give it.

I had an issue with my bracelet and 1 of my charms being stuck! I concluded that it would break if I kept trying, so as my last result I went directly to Pandora! Not expecting the best service from Pandora due to my previous experiences in the original store that was on the 1st floor (Crossgates Mall) I was not looking forward to the visit. However at the new location (2nd floor) Erin and another woman who concluded the same thing were very pleasant and helpful. I left the store with my new bracelet and charm! Excellent customer service!

Staff use to be more knowledgeable, now just seem unhelpful and judgemental. The manager is very nice.

Going in is fine but calling on the phone is ridiculous. Im currently sitting on hold and have been over 8 minutes. Just had a quick question on what the date was for the sale their about to have and was told she would be right with me. Now going for 10 minutes and all I can hear is chatter. Seriously? Im a receptionist myself and this is rude. 12 minutes now, hanging up and calling again.Called two times, no answer.
