Staff greeted me when I entered and let me know if I needed assistance they were there for me.

What a great store for giving a gift that matters. The selection is excellent no matter your budget or occasion. The sales staff was kind and took their time to help. We left with so many things we will cherish. I remember when Pearl Grant was alive, I could feel her care in the store.

This store is my guilty pleasure. A colleague told me about it, and met me there to browse one day after Id moved to this area. They have the most wonderful collection of creative & special gift items, jewelry, watches, clothing items, and -- of course -- the great cards. Ive found some unique gifts there, and some of my favorite personal items.

Great store full of great stuff!!! A bit over priced and the cashier was beyond rude. She seemed to be having the holiday Ba-humbug attitude. I asked for a second bag since I was needing to gift two items to two different people and she very reluctantly slapped a second bag on the counter with a snobby attitude. So in conclusion and I would rate this store 3 stars solely for the fun items they have for sale and zero stars for the snobby stuck up staff. Hope they are able to find some positivity.

I will never shop there again. I just left and I am already writing this.The salesperson was beyond rude and lazy. And the other salespeople that were there didnt even acknowledge me.I did end up buying 2 items and they are the last 2 items that I will buy there
