Nick delivered the highest level of customer service Ive received in a very long time. I threw four projects at him and he found solutions to all of them. By the end of it he had called a vendor to see if they sold something that wasnt in the SOS catalog, special ordered one part and verified the arrival date, made three work arounds to my plumbing issues, suggested where to find specially colored tubing, asked his supervisors and associates to double check a couple things, and did it all without an ounce of frustration. He then went on to show me how to properly use brass sleeves properly for a tight seal. Just blown away by his expertise, patience, and sheer level of service. I will recommend A1 coupling to everyone because of Nick.
