Lying Group of Employees Just straight UP lied to me. Took my Honda Gen. in for repair on Aug.23rd 2021. I called and spoke to the service manager Friday Aug. 27th to check on the status. I was told by the service manager that it was on the work bench and would call me when it was fixed. I was in town Wed. Sept1st and swung by to possibly pick it up. NOPE not ready! i was told by the mechanic Greg that he would get to it today, now this is still Wed Sept 1st. Friday Sept 3rd I call to check on my Honda Gen. was again told by the service manager she would call me back that she did not see the ticket on the repair. So i was in town again today Friday Sept 3rd and swung by Westover Lawn & Garden Shop to check on my Honda repairs. Nothing Nothing Nothing has been done to my Honda Gen. it was sitting in the same spot where I dropped it off Monday Aug. 23. Dear Sir I am very easy to get along with BUT Please Dont have your employees LIE to you customers. If they can not fix things in a timely manner just tell the customer. Sir you know these things you have been in business a long time but if your employees treat your customers the way they treated me then you will go out of business soon. Great parts selection for SCAG plus they keep aftermarket parts for the person with a budget in mind.
They were supposed to order a cauberator kit for me said would be their Friday over a week ago still not their so they act like they dont know anything about it I am DONE with that business.
Their will thats good but at the same time they needs to, contact their customers afterwards to see were they completely satisfied after servicing them for completion of a job well done starting with me would be just fine...
The Girls there that works the parts desk knows their stuff and always the right part and very friendly and professional I drive past several other places that sells the parts I need for my mower just to go buy from Westover lawn and garden..
Thank you so much for the service you did on my riding lawn mower and my self propel mower. They sound better and do a much better job on mowing my grass. Your service personnel were efficient and pleasant when I spoke with them. Your pick up personnel was very pleasant. Pick up on a Thursday returned the next Thursday! Great timing!

Unhappy with help from the parts lady. She did not want to put much effort into looking up parts even given the engine serial number and model number.
My husband took his chainsaw in to have a tune-up done and to have a chainsaw blade sharpened. He also purchased a chainsaw bar and 2 extra chainsaw blades which he said he would pickup when the work was completed.Waited a month and 3 days before calling because we never got a call.I picked it up and the 2 blades not knowing details except to pick it up.I will say that the staff was very nice, friendly, helpful and courteous.Did not get the blade back that my husband wanted sharpened because they lost it so they did give us a new one. (1st trip back)Chainsaw started leaking gas (which it never did before) so went back again for this concern. (2nd trip back)Took the receipt for the tune-up because they wanted to charge us for their mistake. Got it home, still leaks gas.Now, were faced with having to pay more money to get their mistake fixed.We will never use them again even if that means traveling out of town to do so.As the saying goes: Trying to save a penny you get exactly what you paid for.
Prices are reasonable customer service good but not great i took my lawnmower cover off
Friendly front desk. Just walk back to the service department though. Had a simple issue needed to be fixed. Service representative had a poor attitude and with glancing at the issue says they can’t do it. Which just meant he didn’t want to. Got another representative to give his opinion on it and without even looking at it said he can’t fix it. Man did I feel important in this business.

Worst place we’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Had our mower for over two months but was told daily ours was next then in various orders of “in line.” We seemed to be put on back burner over the professional lawn services. When we finally got the mower back, it was in much worse condition. Took it back today to have them fix what they “repaired.” No telling when we’ll get it back. A really lousy place to do business in my opinion. Find someone else if you can. We definitely will try next time... if we ever get it back.
They had my push mower for a month. Told me they were working on it every time I called. I finally went up there and complained... And magically they called me that day. I know its the season to get your mower out and get it working. But to blatantly tell me for three weeks is being worked on and never return a call. Its just bad business. I expected more from a local shop.
Had all the parts in stock that I needed to make repairs without waiting.
Staff was pleasant. My mower is working like brand new.
My second time visiting W. L. &. Garden again left in the dark . No sales personnel on hand again to answer questions concerning zero turn lawnmowers . However the ladies at front desk were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t ask front desk for salesperson.

Terrible Customer service and their parts counter people are about Worthless. Theyve given us the wrong parts on more than 1 occasion how hard is it to give a customer the proper parts and their attitudes ate horrible. We will never spend another penny there!

This place sucks. They told me they werent going to fix my mower because lee power said I skipped out on a bill. Called to lee power about an unpaid bill and found that was a lie. Lee power denied those allegations. They just didnt know how to fix the mower. When i went to get my mower westover lawn and garden had taken the flap off and probably sold it to someone else. Then they said they would order me another one. Here it is 1 month later and they said it must have not been on there when I brought it to them. They are liars and ripoffs!!!

Great supply at very competitve prices. The had chainsaws after the tornados when the two Big Boxes has run out. Same price HD was offering as well. Only compaint is their chainsaw blade sharpening. They sharpened the cutters but didnt check or file the depth gauges as well.

Website said open till 530 got there at 515 store was closed . I drove 35 miles to get there.mechanic was in back obviously not happy about working late sarcasticly said (man i dont know what to tell you )then snickered like no one is going to care if they got my money or not

Total ripoff if you need parts. Tried to charge me 169$ for a Koehler starter that I can get online for 55.
