My favorite place in Albany to get drinks. They have a wide selection of stuff from all different states and countries. The guys always gave nice recommendations when asked, and they were always super chill with the customers. Really felt like people with good vibes, just trying to spread good vibes.A worker also reinforced mask policy with a customer quite directly, but also remaining polite. It was very reassuring for me to see this and also impressive on the workers part.

This is my favorite spot to discover new local brewery offerings. This place has a massive selection including a good variety of hard kombucha and mead. They also have beer on tap! Very helpful staff with a great sense of humor :)

During a very hectic and unpredictable time the staff here was BEYOND helpful. While being the maid of honor in two weddings during a pandemic I have had many challenges come my way with planning two bridal showers and two bachelorette parties. Myself and one of the bridesmaids decided to plan a beer tasting event for our best friends bachelorette party and from the moment I reach out to the Brew Crew their dedication to exceptional customer service was unmistakable. Every email response was completed quickly and they even picked out the amazing beers we tasted. I was able to give them what types of beers the girls loved/hated and they selected a perfect variety for us. I was an existing customer prior to this experience but I have a whole new dedication to the Brew Crew and appreciate everything they did to help me.

Huge selection. Your typical American staples, as well as imports and probably the biggest craft selection in the area. The walk in cooler with mostly craft beers was a great addition.

Never seen so many kinds of beer in my life. Amazing place if you like beer. Friendly and helpful staff too.

There is more beer crammed in that small space than those big box stores. I found a great selection of stouts, sours, saisons, and imports. I purchased beers from Westbrook, Fonta Flora, Burial, Ale Apothecary, Rare Barrel, and Casa Agria to name a few. Spent more than I planned to. It was hard not to. The only downside was it was quite hard to find FRESH or COLD or FRESH and COLD crafts IPAs. Almost every IPA I considered was old. The freshest I saw was Lord Hobo but I can find that all over New England. Some of the NEIPAs (even ones from NY) were from August or September. Im not a stickler for dates except with beers like that. Overall, I will definitely go back when I am in the area.

The Brew crew is THE place to stop if youre looking for craft beer. The staff have never been anything but excellent in my experience and the selection is generally very good.
