Best way to find something is to just ask. These people a great at what they do and know their store very well. They also have great prices.

Great selection and great Service

Neither of the employees wearing masks in spite of big signs requiring masks. Employees wandering isles where customers are, no masks. Only put masks on when customers come to counter to check out. I left to shop somewhere else.

Looking for a huge selection with great prices and decent hours this is a great place to go! Theyll help you find what youre looking for. Sometimes they have samples going on as well. With the bundled discount on the first wall or the cold drinks in the back its worth shopping at. Got to say this place rocks and has great customer service!

One of the employees helped me get all the supplies I needed to make myself a chic dirty martini. There is nothing I love more than a dirty martini and an episode of Southern Charm. Thank you again for helping explain the vermouth options!

For the most part i would say this is pretty much your run of the mill liquor store. They have a decent selection, but i have noticed a little un-helpfulness from the staff on occasion and maybe just a lack of knowledge. the store seems outdated and gives you an old musty kind of feel when you walk in. I buy here on occasion if Cork N Bottle doesnt have what i need but usually dont go here if i dont have to. Also, this store has been held up multiple times and seems to be magnet for delinquent and/or sketchy people in general. i just dont want to be there when it happens again.

Its has every thing that you want in alcohol. But I wasnt there to buy. Family members was.

There really friendly here great service and they have good prices. Its easy to get to and theres usually never a wait. Theres usually more then one person working so there fast.

Santiam has such a wide and interesting selection! Love the staff and prices too. If Im looking for something specific I come here first.

I will never go here again. They over charged me and the person I was with. The over charged me by $12 dollars and over charged my friend by $5. When I called to let them know about this they told me that unless I had my reciept and my bank statement then there was nothing they could do for me. Pretty strange coincidence we BOTH got over charged by pretty significant amounts. I wouldnt doubt that they do this to other people. Be careful and check your receipts and bank statements after going to this store.

I highly recommend Santiam Liquor Store above all others in the area! Compared to other liquor stores in the Mid Valley, they have a larger variety of liquor to choose from, many different kinds that most other liquor stores do not carry. The staff is always friendly & helpful. If they dont carry what youre looking for then you can talk to the owner of the store and if she can she will try to find it and order it for you.

The staff there was helpful in suggesting items to improve my drinks for an upcoming party. The suggestions were honest and helpful. Selection is outstanding and organized.

Big selection of all types of alcohol. Even beer on tap for growlers, and yes they provide kegs if you so desire. Good prices, friendly staff. Though difficult to find what your looking for sometimes. They need more signs over specific types of alcohol.

The owners are so nice and helpful. The store is well taken care of and always has exactly what we need and then some. I highly recommend this liquor store.

Went in on Christmas Eve, late. The place was packed and the lines went all the way down one of the aisles, but they were getting everyone through quickly. Much better than down town.

The owner is a drunken fool. Always drinking barcardi coconut on the job. Go to cork and bottle, better selection and a professional environment when it comes to customer service.

These folks konw fine quality hooch. Dont matter what your favorite poison if they aint got it its probably illegal

Unorganized, messy, not overly friendly. When I asked about a bottle of Whisky they first said I had the wrong store then just flat out lied, said they didn’t have it even thoughThey had 5 bottles.

For a liquor store this place is great they have a large selection they have a lot of people that work there its all good and wonderful thats all controlled by the OLCC as well as the pricing is controlled by the OLCC. However like all businesses from time to time there is someone who works there or someone who did or could work there you never know but they also have bouts of rudeness. Guy walks and he wants to buy some liquor he asks the person thats working there and by the response, apparently it is a inconvenience if you ask them a question and their normal response is just well whatever we have on the shelf is all we got. Then you go up to the front counter you get ready to go check out and you ask someone there the exact same question you just asked the person that you experienced some kind of lesser customer service from and to my surprise, his response was let me check on that let me go see. He comes back he says here this is what I have for you Im like WOW thank you so much. one of the reasons why I continue to go back to that place is I have had similar experiences with the management. I remember it was a slower day in the middle of the week no customers in there except for me and it looked like the manager was the one Manning the counter and doing checkouts of customers herself. I had a similar experience. I was up there checking out I asked her if she had what I was looking for she said just a moment let me go check for you when she came back she had it it was great I like the place.

Its a grungy OLCC store. Not pretentious. Just what you expect. Selection is low to mid range totally.

I felt that the young woman with the nose ring working there needs an attitude ajustment... she had no customer skills I dont know why people put young people with chip on shoulder at the counter. Its like on the phone they put people that are foreign and cant speak good english..this is the first time if ever gave a remark...but thats the last time I go into that place and spend my money
