Unfortunately top shelf was unable to fulfill my order due to high demand. Yet they handled this perfectly in that they notified me immediately once they realized they couldn’t fill my order, sent a follow up email to try to contact me after the initial email went in my spam, and quickly transferred my refund. Though I wasn’t able to get what I had purchased, their customer service made this process much simpler than I had expected.
