Home town store.....correcting a national name brand home supply store ERROR!!This error is in its seventh week and not resolved!!!! Peyton helped us to order and receive a refrigerator to end this goat rope!!! Top notch professional service from beginning to end. They changed my Whirlpool Tub Bearings at my home in a little over an hour. Washing machine is quiet again and runs like new. Highly recommend....

Knowledgeable and offered solution to my appliance issue. Locally owned and price competitive with big box stores. UPDATE:I had high hopes in being able to shop locally. The appliance arrived and delivery was scheduled. They delivered on the day planned but showed up hours early. The existing freezer had to be emptied quickly. Not the service I expected. I doubt I will use them again.

Great customer service, highly recommend. Dont waste your time going to Lowes and talking to someone who is reading off of a brochure. Talk to the ones who know the appliances and have the knowledge to fix them if they ever mess up.

Glad to have an alternative to Lowes. They know appliances. We will be buying from here. No Samsung or LG thank goodness. Love that they deliver and service everything they sell. Very helpful with questions and not too pushy.

I was looking for an electric range. They have two, one used and one new. They will bring the unit to the house and install it. I found their prices very reasonable. I like their warranty. I probably will be buying the range I was shown .

Had a washer break and needed fixed, took a week to look at it and told us the part cost a lot, no big deal, offered us a newer model washer for a little cheaper so we bought it. The washer he sold us also didnt work, flooded our kitchen, twice. Called them, furious because he sold us a broken washer, to come fix it they said they be there by noon, noon came they called and said by five, five came and no one, called back and they came out the next day. Did not fix it that day, today. They claim they will be back tomorrow. Its been almost two weeks and I still cant do laundry because of their slow service. Will not use them ever again.

Could not get part

Needed a refund for a item that I didnt need. Had receipt for it and it was in the wrapper unharmed. They gave me HALF of my money back!! I felt like that was B.S.!!!! And I bet they turned around and sold it for full price!!
