As a result, we agreed on a bouquet similar to the one that was in the photo on their page. We were warned that there will be no 1 in 1 bouquet, because it is not known what will be in the delivery of flowers. But they said that there will be similar flowers and will be similar. We made an advance payment of $ 300. We agreed that during the assembly of the bouquet they will send us a photo so that we can correct, add, if necessary. As a result, half a day on the day of delivery, I asked where the photo of the bouquet was, because we had to agree on it before sending it. At the last minute before sending, I receive a photo of the bouquet with the words that the courier is already at the airport. The bouquet is not even close to what we asked for. Lilies and carnations, a ridiculous volume, in the purchase they cost well, a maximum of $ 80, and we were charged 300. I attach a photo. I said that this bouquet should not be sent, it will not work for us, the client did not agree on it. Then they sent me a photo of another, more worthy bouquet, and said that they would send it. I agreed. And as a result, our client was sent the bouquet that we refused. At first we were told that this was a mistake and it would be corrected.
