This was excellent service on all sides. Debbie at Mattress Firm was very helpful, and very knowledgeable on the products they sell. The delivery of our new mattress was scheduled for 1pm to 3pm. It arrived 1pm sharp. The only bad thing I can say is that the free mattress base is only if you spend over 700 dollars. I think thats kind of shotty, and is a used car salesman tactic. Other than that sales and service was great.

I set a delivery date, for the mattress, on a Wednesday. It had to be rescheduled for Friday. Then it had to be rescheduled again. The scheduling was a huge problem because I had to make accommodations, and cancel them, for each date.However, when the delivery came, I was given a 2 hour window, 2:15-4:15, and the mattress came at 1:30! They were professional, and fast.Im not sure what the problem was with the delivery date, but if it wasnt for the the delivery people, I would have only given them 1 star.

We had a great experience at this mattress firm. The lady working ( Debbie) was super nice and helpful. She wanted to make sure we knew everything about the mattresses and our options. At no point we felt like we were being pressured to make a purchase. We had went early Friday afternoon, but couldn’t make the purchase then but went later that evening and was glad that she was still there to finalize our purchase. We ended up getting a beauty rest black series hybrid mattress and adjustable base with sheet and pillow bundle. Our bed was delivered that Sunday afternoon and we received our sheets and pillows on Tuesday morning. We are extremely pleased with the mattress and base as well as the smooth and easy process. Debbie the sales rep the day we went in for our 12yr old granddaughter, she was so helpful. Gave us great suggestions for the right pick for her. She also was helpful to allow us to make choices to save us money. Big difference in my experiences from past. My granddaughter was pleased she allowed her to try out the mattresses herself which is something she had not been allowed to do in the past.

They let me trade my mattress no questions or hassle, when it wasn’t right for my back. Got it the next day. See the guy that works there, he is the best and has your best interest at heart, not just trying to sell the most expensive one to you. Edit second mattress just as bad as the first one. Maybe it’s me idk but I was told I coudnt be helped further after paying another $1000 to upgrade. Called by Debbie after my review was seen telling me she got permission to let me trade one more time. I got there and she was condescending and had an attitude. I picked out a softer mattress and wasn’t given the same promo they had going on so I would have to pay full price which was another $1100 for the same type of mattress only softer. Told me and I quote I was lucky I got to trade it again. No they just wanted to make more money off me not help me. I wasn’t even allowed to pick a different mattress of lower value. No wonder the place is always empty. If you have to buy a mattress from there make sure the guy is workng she obviously hates her job and I left in tears
