Great service but slow to get your product

We made an appointment for someone to come by and measure our rooms. We waited around all night and nobody ever showed up. We still havent recieved a call back and its been a month. We decided to go with a different company who, we are very happy with. I would not recommend home solutions to any of my friends.

Scheduled an appointment with Glen Rodgers to come out this evening, Glen never showed up nor called to rescheduled. I called Glen to see if he was still coming out and everything was okay but was sent to Voicemail. I thought maybe this was a mistake until I read another review where they never showed up with another potential client.As owning a small business myself, I would NEVER No Call No Show to a potential client.We will not be going with Home Solutions for our replacement.

Extremely good people and prices. Great place for those who dont have limitless funds for remodeling.
