Nice people but I havent gotten a call back in 5 days

We were recommended to see miss Angela about flooring for our house. It was a great experience from the time we got there. They greeted us as soon as we walked through the door,and were very helpful in picking out the right flooring for us. We told them we have a dog so we dont want it to show scratches and we want it to hold up for water and sun that shines in through our patio door. Angela and Jack agreed this is the best on the market for our needs. We are so looking forward to the install. We felt very confident in going with what they suggested. We made an addition to our house. Angela was extremely helpful with the flooring. We told her the look we were going for and she picked some samples for us to look at. They were all great! i really could have used any of them, but the one we chose was perfect. On another project my husband was creating a study/library. Angela suggested colors that were perfect for the space. it is so warm and comfortable in this room.

I wanted to take a moment and share the wonderful experience my wife and I recently had a Stanly Interiors. Let me start by saying my lovely wife is extremely picking and sometimes shes down right hard to please. We recently visited Jack and his team at Stanly Interiors to see about getting some hardwood floors installed in our basement. The lady there took her time explaining the many different options we had, the customer service was way better than anything youd get at one of those box stores, not to mention this price was bet too. These folks are great! They fixed a horrible job done by a handyman in my last house and put beautiful finished-in-place white oak floors in part of my current house. Angela is particularly great to work with!

Guys that did the installation were great. Office personnel, not so much. They wouldnt return my phone calls regarding the installation that was several weeks overdue to the point that I had to drive 40 minutes to speak to the owner. I felt bad because he cancelled another customers job to do mine. Squeaky wheel and what not.....Then my wife received a call from them asking why we hadnt paid the bill. After a little checking, it turns out they sent the bill to the wrong address. I hope my experience with this business was not typical, but it will be my last.
