Sorry $8 for a bagel with butter and a coffee? Took 10 minutes to get a toasted bagel that was burnt on the outside.Used to be an amazing coffee shop.

I cater 4 boxes of coffee from them with all the fixing (stir stick,sugar, cups, ect) 15 minutes before pick up time. I called to see if my coffee is ready and mo one knows what Im talking about. Then Im put on hold then someones come and said the manager never told or left a note for anyone about my order. This coffee was ordered for my mothers funeral. Then they said they will deliver it to me since they didnt know. But delivered it 30 minutes later then didnt even bring stir stick to stir the coffee. I will was upset people were looking for stir stick then other people where using 2 cups to mix coffee which made me not have enough cups. Highly upset about this situation and the lack of communication and customer service they have.

Found this cute little breakfast joint while driving to Myrtle beach. The pig in a blanket tacos and the Big Tex crepe were absolutely phenomenal. Flavors were all there and presentation was on point. The staff were super nice, and had nice conversation with the table next to us 10/10 would recommend anybody stop at this little shop in Ablemarle NC!

Friendly atmosphere & delicious food. The crepes are all amazing along with the coffee. Far better in my opinion than national chains. If you like caramel frappuccinos, give this one a try.

Pleasantly surprised to walk in & find an antique shop-coffee shop! Unique, good coffee, good espresso, & muffins are large & yummy! If u are particular about your order, u need to say so - they dont ask. Not saying they are rude-they are very cheery & polite people! Just make sure to tell them how you like your coffee and they will hook you up.

I got the roasted almond brew and while the coffee was a 3-4 star, the atmosphere was a 5.Lots of retro memorabilia and a large space makes this place feel homey and entices you to hang out.Unfortunately I was grabbing coffee to go, but next time I find myself in Albemarle, I’ll most definitely be coming back here.

Great place and space to enjoy drinks, a bite of lunch, and work if youre looking for a remote working space in or around Albemarle. People are friendly and nice. I splurged today and had a Hanna Banana Crepe with nutella and strawberries. It was so good!

Nice, cozy little coffee shop with very friendly staff! The coffee is absolutely amazing! The inside is pretty large and has plenty of seating and tables to hang out. They also have lots of antique items and homemade soaps, etc. Definitely coming back when Im in the area again!

I love this place already. The lunch I got was pineapple chicken BBQ strawberry panini with a pb ball and iced latte. The food and drinks are so good. The owner and staff are so amazing and sweet. Very accommodating. I had to explore their shop of local homemade goodies and got myself soap, candle and exfoliating scrub. Im definitely coming back here. The atmosphere is calming with plenty seats.

What a nice surprise. Light jazz, good latte, excellent quiche. People who knowEach other. Fun with eclectic furniture. I brought my work colleagues back for lunch. Next time I will leave time for an early breakfast before visiting the dye house.

My wife and I visited for the first time last week. It was a wonderful experience and the food (crepes) were to die for. Going there tomorrow morning hope to see you there. Lovely place...We have been back several times over the past two months. My only regret is, I work in the opposite direction or I would come more often.

One of the most comfortable places to enjoy a small lunch or just a coffee. You can sit in comfortable chairs and chat quietly with friends or pull yourself up to a table and do some computer work. A sweet coffee house in little ole Albemarle. We are lucky to have such a wonderful place to congregate with friends or to just sit quietly and enjoy the surroundings in solitude.

Best pumpkin pie latte ever! Crepes are to die for and you cannot pass up the cream cheese danish. Great staff and ambience. Connie, the owner, is a real sweetheart. You MUST treat yourself, you wont regret any of it.

Cant speak to the coffee since I dont drink it, but the atmosphere is wonderful, everyone who works here is exceptionally friendly, and its my favorite place to get work done. The Chai Latte isnt as spicy as at some coffee shops, but I love it. Great location too - you can walk here from most of the downtown!

Great coffee, I always get a regular, but my mom just tells Connie a flavor she is in the mood for and always ends up with something delicious. Connie also knows your name, if you attend the coffee house a few times she starts to learn your name and greet you when you come in! It really make you feel welcome! This I definitely a local business to support!

This an amazing local coffee shop! The staff here are always super friendly and make great beverages. Love making a quick stop in for a pick me up during work.The place it self if beautiful inside great place to relax and calm your mind or hang out with company. They have a plethora of seating available here a swell.

Exquisite atmosphere. Lots of space, so you never feel claustrophobic. Connie hires the friendliest people to work for her. The atmosphere and the people alone make this coffee spot a place to return.During a snow storm one Saturday one year, Connie would have closed, but instead, kept the shop open to accommodate some homeless men as they were waiting on rides from family. She made us all vanilla snow cream, gratis. Thats the kind of place this is.Personally, I dont like the taste of the regular coffees, which you get yourself from large airtight coffee storage containers. I much prefer the Counter Culture pourovers I get from the Daily Grind in Locust.The lattes are exceptionally priced, and many people enjoy them, but for me, I need more sweetness in my latte. My last latte was the double mocha java, and I finally found my latte of choice after making my way through the menu and downing semi-sweet with some-flavor-but-not-quite-enough-for-my-sweet-tooth lattes.Nevertheless, the service goes beyond every expectation and this is my go-to coffee spot when Im in Albemarle.

Favorite coffeehouse in town. The most friendly staff ever that have greeted me each time Ive walked through the door. Great coffee and espresso and a huge selection of flavors, puts Starbucks to shame. Has a feel inside that you could only get in a small town like Albemarle. Decor is like an antique shop and has local beer and crafts for sale. Thumbs 100% up.

Pros: the server was nice and quick and I liked the ambianceCons: the frappacino wasnt sweet at all and I couldnt taste the Kailua flavor shot. Since it is in downtown parking is on the side of Main Street or you have to park a ways away and walk.Ill come back and try another drink but my first visit there was just average.

I have been a frequent customer for the last year and they have the best coffee in town with the best atmosphere! The employees are nice and helpful and they make me want to go nowhere else!

Im not sure what the 1 star review is about but Ive never had anything but pleasant experiences here. Ive never heard the staff talk about anyone. The staff is wonderful and help with making choices. They also have a great selection of craft beer and are happy to order specific beers if they can find them.

More than a Coffee Shop, a bakery, gift shop, dealer of vintage antiques and a ministry to the homeless. Buy buying something from this business you are not only getting a great product but directly help the local economy and giving to a good local cause. The have quality Wi-fi and lots of space. Walking distance from anywhere downtown. The room is fill with fun items to look at like old clocks and record player. Stop in when you are in town.

Coffee is great, the girl that made our cappuccino was awesome and the pastries are all home made. It was very good, the decore when we walked in threw me off since it looks like an antique place at first, but i guess thats what makes it comfy.
