One of the worst experiences ever. I ordered a fathers day cake, their cake decorator was injured (which I understand things happen), they waited until I came to the store to inform me that no one was able to make the cake. What is the point in providing your phone number and email address? The manager said that she would refund the cake. It has now been over a week, still NO refund. When you call the store you get a message that says this person has not yet set up a voice mail, please try again later. I even tried contacting them through the general website last week. Still no response. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would!!
They don’t deserve one star. They ruined the birthday cake which was a major occasion that We (... as in plural because there were 2 of us that had to make a visit in person regarding the order prior to the date of pick up...) ... again “We” went out of our way about a 40min drive to inquire in person because their phone doesn’t work and you can’t get a hold of anyone and no one responds to your email ... so when we arrived (...the first time...) their doors were locked and they wouldn’t let anyone inside... like ???? (Pandemic and COVID is no excuse) so we had to go thru drive through to talk to anyone... so one kind gentleman named Asyress was the only one who tried to be kind enough to help...and after speaking with the cake decorator named Jessica over the phone since she wasn’t there in person, I felt that the cake order would be understood and confirmed...but The next day when we had to drive back another 40min drive there and 40min drive back...(...we had to buy a cooler with dry ice to keep it from melting and requested the cake to be deep freeze along with the ice cream packs we requested...) but when we went to pick it up... the cake decorations were not done and they spilled something on the cake!!! Then they didn’t get the ice cream pint packs right either!!! They gave us the wrong flavors on 3 out of 5 of them!!!! And one of the flavored pint packs didn’t have a lid! They said they ran out so they put a paper bag over it as a cover!!!! Look at the images! It’s soooooo unacceptable!!! Unprofessional!!! And upsetting!!! We will never get that time back or the special moment we had planned which is very sad. No apology will help. I just wanted everyone to know how horrible my experience was at this location and I LOVE BASKIN ROBBINS... but I will never go back to this location! They should be shut down since they don’t have anything together... they don’t even have employees to help... one employee came in with her kids on her day off to just get an order but the employee working needed help so the other employee that was off stayed to help while her kids waited. So I don’t agree with their operations. They need NEW MANAGEMENT OR NEW OWNERSHIP to save that place! Even Dunkin Donuts had stale donuts and their number goes to Speedmart across the street! Seriously?! Enough already right?!
No ice cream available even though they have it advertised on the menu.
I used to love to come here. Over the past 6 months service has declined. The employees are rude and unprofessional. Everytime Ive been they are out of croissants. This time they dont sell chocolate peanut butter ice cream, which they have served since they opened. I cannot express how disappointed I am with this location because I loved this place. Ive given many chances and after today I will not be back. Hopefully corporate does something about this place before its driven to the ground by distasteful staff.

Just took my children here who were so excited for the monster creations, only to find out they dont have anything to make the monster creations. Why are you advertising, but not able to provide the product?
Employees are VERY rude. Always are. I work in fast food and I know it can be hard sometimes but there is never a time to be disrespectful to a customer. Very short when taking orders and do not take time to greet you at the window. The last time I visited I ordered 5 drinks. We were not asked if we needed a cup holder, and after we got the drinks my fiancé turned to ask for a cup holder and the window was shut in his face. I do not recommend coming to this Dunkin/ Baskin Robbins.
They are always out of cookies and cream ice cream, as well as lemon donuts. I got a coffee there and since their machine was down and I couldn’t get a frozen one, I got an iced coffee. The sugar wasn’t even dissolved and with every sip I got sugar granules in my mouth. Every time I have tried to go recently, I have had poor food and even worse service. Today, yet again, they were out of the flavor of ice cream that I wanted and since a sign was covering their flavors (at the drive thru) I asked what flavors they had. The girl working there was incredibly rude and said they had too many flavors to name them. They have also got the sizes ordered wrong on several occasions and always have a bad attitude when asked a question or asked to correct a mistake. They make me feel like an inconvenience and due to the poor service, I won’t be back. I’ve given several chances. I’ll be taking my busines to DQ where they always get it right and with friendly service.
The old guy working the window has a bad attitude. Get a real job and then maybe you will realize how easy working the drive thru is in comparison.
I used to go regularly to this location but they dont list the flavors of ice cream they sell. It seems to be too much trouble to post it at the drive thru.
There are utterly slow And gave me coffe that wasn’t even warm when I asked for hot coffee they said it will take another 15 more to brew the coffee. When I already had been there for 12 minutes for a coffee. So I paid for the coffee and got none never going again. And in these many minutes Starbucks would have served 30 customers.
Very rude employees waited 5 minutes finaly had to get there attention so they would wait on us.then hateful attitude when we ordered wet floor sign was demolished right in front of ice cream freezer almost fell over it the freezer part of ice cream freezer was nasty stuff all over it just plain nasty.go some where else besides there crazy how its when down hill.
Very slow service here. Just my son in line and took 20 min for 2 shakes. Painful to watch these guys work so slow scooping ice cream. Would have walked out but we had already paid and really wanted ice cream!
Went thru the drive thru because we were hauling a loaded utility trailer . Ordered 2 small milkshakes. Paid 10 bucks for 2 small chocolate milk drinks basically. Had to pull up because they dropped one. No big deal. My problem is they didnt give us straws asked us to go back through the drive through. I said just forget it. She clearly could see that we had this trailer attached to the back of our truckWhy would we fo back through the drive through again for 2 straws!!!!! Then she says I will go & get them. It started pouring down rain by this point. She comes back with ONE straw!!! We had TWO drinks/milkshakes!!!! Then she gets all pissy because she brawt the straw to us and she got wet?! Excuse me?!! Nope, I will not go back. Thats the 2nd & last time I go there. The first time I was not impressed & certainly not this time either.
Always there when you need a donut or ice-cream. And they have breakfast combos, also.
They gave me expired milk and there was no apology. Lousy service. Check there dates

Online and on Google maps it says you’re open till 10 PM I show up at 9:20 on a Saturday night and you are closed!?!
