Derek(sp) was so professional! He was timely and explained everything as he was going along. He was very thorough and made it his buisness to find out the root of the problem. He came back to ensure the job was done and then did a walk through to check for himself and even changed light bulbs! He didn’t leave till almost 11pm. I will DEFINITELY use him again. Derek Smith (who doesn’t have 24 hour services listed as a service provided) came to my house at 1 AM this morning (11/17/2018) to get my power back on! He went above and beyond to help me in figuring out which sockets were on what fuse or breaker so the heater wouldn’t continue to blow the fuse! Very professional, kind and courteous! I will use him again and recommend him to any and everyone!
