The staff is always willing to go the extra mile, they always help and if they dont know the answer to your question they will find someone who does. They are always ready to help you and also load stuff for you. As a momma carrying kids in as well if you ever feel uncomfortable while shopping they will have staff happily follow you out and make sure your safe. This really was the first time I have ever felt that way and can I say they were quick to read my text passed over the register and fast to help me get my kiddos safe and to the car. We are blessed the staff is so amazing 🙂

Good customer service has things in stocks, easy access for wheelchair customers. Very friendly staff. Willing to see if they can order something for you if they dont have it in stocks. Much better service and keep their location stocked much better than Walmart

Never will I order online from them again !! Supposed to have order in 2 days was very important that I had them ( jeans )on Friday now I’m told they haven’t even been shipped which is doubtful I will have them on time !! But will have them soon grr Don’t need them soon I need them Friday!!

Brandy Wallace in Albemarle, N.C. is a treasure and valuable asset to Tractor Supply. She went above and beyond offering the use her own vehicle in helping my son due to him not having the proper equipment to get his purchase home. We need more like her!!

I went into the store to buy the same fly traps I always buy for my dogs...store layout a little different than my local store. LOUISE helped me find exactly what I needed. Also gave me advice/tip on what to make to keep flies away from my dogs kennels, while the 80$ worth of traps I purchased attracted the flies. She is an A+ employee!!!! I hope 🙏 her manager sees this!

I like Tractor Supply. They carry lots of cool stuff. I did look for something but didnt find what I liked, but it was definitely worth stopping by the store.

Great store, nice employees. Ordered online and had curbside pickup. Everything was easy and they loaded our order into our SUV. Awesome.

I always have a excellent visit. The people there are friendly, courteous, and very helpful whenever needed. The items at tractor supply are high quality. You get what you pay for at tractor supply and its always good.

Poor Upper Leadership, Middle Managers were great if they could interpret or read minds. Lack of communication was extremely high- left hand didnt know what right hand was doing in which worker bees were just finding busy work.

Great customer service! I had bought a heater and 60 days later it quit. The extended warranty people were trying to get out of replacing it and the TS manager over rode them and refunded the purchase price! I will definitely go back because of her willingness to help when she didnt have to!!

Tractor Supply is a really awesome place. All the employees are super helpful, they have things that help me with Automotive, yard work, farm work, and much more. I really recommend this place if you need any type of equipment to help you with that stuff.

Rented a trailer but had a bad connector. Trish and Cassie and all the employees were super helpful and kept a great attitude getting everything working. Great place to go!

Never a disappointment.Until today … I went to take off my Ridgecut boots and the seam and the back of my heel come apart. Not even 6 months old.Never will I buy ridgecuts again.UPDATE: Tractor Supply contacted almost immediately. Needless to say, they kept a happy customer happy. This is a good store for the area. Had a lot of variety on product. Not always the best customer service but not bad.

All the staff are very helpful and friendly. I got some candles for a $1 each and that was a plus. Thanks Tractor Suppy for being there for my fur babies needs and discounting your candles.

Love the staff, except the manager! She has a chip on her shoulder. So many of my friends will drive 30-45 minutes out of their way to a neighboring county so they wont have to deal her!!

I love shopping at tractor supply because they sale just about whatever you need for animals,clothes for you to wear, jewelry, just about any type of tool you can think of and stuff made to go outside in the yard, and they also sale dog and chicken houses etc. I tell you its a great store for shopping.

Theres a culture of custumer service at this TS, lead by a most attentive manager. Staff seeks opportunities to offer practical help, loading, selecting, etc. The manager lead by example.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They greet you at the door, ask if you need help finding anything and offer advice if you have any questions.

You would think spending over $700 in one day at this store would be appreciated, however the manager Jennifer is rude and very unprofessional, we will NOT return to this store ever, we will continue our patronage with Lowes and will order anything we need that Lowes doesnt have online instead of stepping back into this store. So, due to her lack of professionalism we just returned over $550 due to her attitude, bringing out the wrong product and causing a purchase to be broken by NOT helping her own employees! As a General Manager with over 15 years of experience, this is a prime example of BAD management. This isnt our first experience with her attitude either!

I was looking for a bush hog for or tractor. I didnt think TSC had them in the store, but was pleasantly surprised when I saw that they did.The best part was the changes TSC has made to the Albemarle store. Normally help wasnt always available. Employees were cranky and often I left with exactly what I needed and nothing more. I learned on that day there had been a big turn over and 2 of the 3 people I liked and that were always there to help stayed, while the other left.Kevin, who has been there a few months now, was extremely helpful giving me both information on the bush hog and an update on the store. Please please continue doing what you are doing. People are pleasant to work with now, and more importantly there are people to work with.Great move TSC!!!!!!

Unimpressed with the fact that I ordered something paid for it went up to grab it got there they only had one and it was damaged call other stores and they forget to take it out of their system very unimpressed with tractor supply.

I had a simple return exchange one pair of boots for a different size since I bought them on sale 3 days earlier I was going to have to play the full price to exchange I dont know policies but I thought it was very stupid a manager had to be called over and she change it just so we could change out for a different size $20 pair of boots they lost me forever just stupidity

Never had a problem with this store but a certain cashier will make some of us feel like going to NAPA and lowes or mabey just go to Salisbury from now on. 5th time. Smart face smart remarks never have a good day.. yep il be going to Salisbury shame to bc this makes the rest of the crew look bad and they r wonderful but will lose business as long as Diane is in front.

It was not very good they had empty pallets empty shelves very cramped couldnt shop the middle of the store to bunched up not enough staff I ended up just getting one of the things I needed and waited in long line to check out then went to a different place to get everything else I needed
