RUN, RUN, RUN AWAY FAST!!! If your doctor refers you to this company then find another doctor. I was told that I would be billed for 4 months rent to purchase for a CPAP machine. It has been 6 months and they are still billing for rental. Even though I have the proof in writing of what I was told, the billing department refuses to make any adjustments. They apologized for the inconvenience of being lied to by the local office. Since when is being charged 50%+ more than what I as quoted an inconvenience. I call it FRAUD!!
My father and husband both use Lincare. I have been extremely happy with their customer service. The representative made sure I knew how to handle the oxygen. He was very thoughtful. They have explained the billing and have gone above and beyond what I expected them to do. They have also taught us a lot about my fathers condition. I would highly recommend them.

Sure didnt take them long to get equipment out to my house, oh but the devil how hard it was to get it out of my house.. After wearing the faulty o2 monitor, it showed my o2, dropped to 58 %, told the tech when picking up it turned off in the nite. Doctor order sleep study, since the deadly drop in o2. Now after having study it shows my levels dont drop, and doctor said it had to be faulty equipment. Called at opening about pick up of tank and machine, hoop # 1 told the first lady what was going on, then tell me I have to speak with manager Karen. hoop#2 we just cant come and get the tank, BS>> Just not the way to do business..
