Got a great hair cut today!

Great place to take the kids to get a haircut. The stylists are always friendly and the wait is never that bad. Each time Ive been here its never been that long of a wait.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon for a hair emergency (cut my sister’s hair uneven). Called they didn’t answer, assuming they were busy but we drove there and they were able to get her in right away. Chantel was really helpful and cheered up my sister’s mood. Great service and especially considering Easter was the next day.

Friendly staff mostly, its a good place for haircuts. I dont recommend multi coloring there or highlights they always mess my hair up and then they made me pay for the extra product they had to use for their mess up. They never even apologized for the mistake. They simply charged 40 extra dollars for their mistake. Im not happy with color treatments there....

No shampoo, no spritz of water. Terrible dry haircut with no products used at a salon price. $20.00 for a haircut this bad during a pandemic is a disgrace when you can get the same haircut from Great Clips for $8.99. Save your money for a real salon. I wont be back.

I realize things are crazy during covid, but I went the other day for a buzz cut - super simple, but I was in the building for a total of 9 minutes. the lady didnt even bother to look for stray hairs that got missed. bwhen I got home I was laughing that there were 3 big patches, not just a hair or two but big patches she missed. To top it off, it cost $20!!! Could have done a better job at home, which in fact I had to do when I got home. wont be going back.

Walked in right near closing time with a hair emergency. The stylist Colleen could tell I was upset and helped me. These ladies are really nice and understanding. Had great service.

Easy to schedule appointment. Ok cut. Place seems to be in need of a deep cleaning.

The girls did an amazing job with my daughter tonight!! She felt like she was on cloud nine after leaving the salon!! She let them cut her hair and they taught her how to use her new clip in hair extensions!! Mary definitely made her feel like a princess!! Will be coming back for sure!!

Ive gone there a few times but today will be the last time. They do an ok job on cutting hair but 2 of the 3 stylists have no clue how to do a beard trim. If I wanted my beard all uneven, Id do it myself. This wasnt a one time thing either. For whatever reason it is, they cant seem to cut very straight or uniformly at all when it comes to a beard. Maybe it is the fact they rush through the hair cut and beard trim and wonder why they make mistakes.

The fantastic Sams in Austin, MN has the rudest people working there. I every time I take my kids in there they are very rude. My son called to make an appointment and they wouldnt let him. They said walk in only... And basically hung up on him. I think some people need taught about customer service.

I got a hair cut & was in there for 10-12 minutes & they charged me $20.00, - little steep on their price & it use to be $12- $13 for just a hair cut.- why did the prices go up ?? - their going to customers

The ladies there are very friendly the first haircut I got was just outstanding but the last few were just horrible I went there last week and it will be my last time my hair was lopsided and not cut even close to what I wanted she asked if it was ok but at that point I just wanted her to stop cutting I actually had to go across town to get it fixed so unless certain ppl are working I do not recommend

I didnt get what I asked for, I left crying, and my husband meet me at the door coming from the Chinese restaurant and he stoped in his track,jaw dropped disbelieving what they had done. I had to goto great clips (its in the same area) to see what they could do, thank God they did improve my hair but there wasnt much left to work with ! Wish I had gone to great clips to start with and you will to if you dont.
