Honestly Im not usually a Karen, in fact, Im pretty easy going. I asked one of the employees if they had shoes for flat footed individuals, and he literally said I dont know., and just stood there awkwardly. Never even tried lolA+ customer service right there. Points I guess for coming over to me later and poorly attempting to answer my question but like seriously come on you should probably know a little bit about shoes if you work at a shoe store. Anyways I found some good running shoes but unless Im desperate, Ill probably just order online from now on.

Good thing I am not a secret shopper. 3 employees all standing behind the counter with no customers in line. At least 12 customers in the store. Conversation was personal ( I listened). Walked to counter, Asked if they had any KSwiss shoes, was told no I don’t think we carry those. Two isles away there are KSwiss…. Hmmmm. Employees never left counter, never made a move to help. This is some really bad customer service. I don’t think we will be back here.

A large variety of footwear for all ages. Most of the merchandise bogo which helps at checkout. Shelves stocked and store neat and clean. Staff eager to help. Very friendly. Will definitely shop here again.

Here is what you really may want to know about Rack Room Shoes stores. If you cant not find a certain color or size shoe you want in their store, they will deliver it to your home at no extra cost. Of course it has to be something they carry. For example I found a pair of boots that I liked in black. I wanted it in another color. They did not have it in stock, so she ordered it for me. The sales associate said it would take 7 to 10 business days to ship. They came much sooner than that.

Buy one pair get the second pair half off!! Dont even begin to think your gonna pay full price for the $30 shoes and get half off the $95 sneakers its always and reasonably so the lower of the two pairs at half price. Im typing this knowing that most of the human species and possibly other species out in the multi-verse already understood that concept... but those people in front of me in line today didnt and acted angry and said thats bull$#it and said other rude stuff to the cashiers under his and his female companions breathe when told different ...yep .... So they gripe more as they pay (almost to that point that I said something like the cashier kids here dont own this place so lay off them before we feed you to yourself slowly ok:-)) Then finally before they get out the door I ask the young cashiers (both 16-20year old boys) hey do people actually try that very often? The cashier says yes sir (dont call me sir) all the time and some people get mad and leave about it. The other kid joined in and said some argue about what unfair bull#$it it is and smerked) I died laughing and so did a lady who was the only other person in line other than myself. Best part is those rude idiots haddnt got outta the store when we started laughing and had to know it was directed at them bevause of how rude and dumb they acted. So getting any second pair of new shoes HALF OFF just as long as they are the same price or a penny less than the first pair isnt good enough and is bull$#it. You could just pay full price for both period.

Enjoy shopping at rack room shoes for the bogo on the second pair.

Associate tried to sign me up for Rewards membership on the sly, not asking me if I wanted it.No Thanks!

Not much of a selection . And I am so sick of people judging me by the way my husband and I look ! I actually went outside while he paid because the employees there that day were horrible . Like overgrown children . Wow. I do not steal and I get sick of being followed around like I am and having immature women talk and giggle . Very unprofessional . Usually we come here every year more than once ... but they just lost our business from here on out .
