We desperately needed an equipment shelter and K&G metals provided the perfect building at an affordable price. Even after I had read so many great reviews and expected a high quality building, I was still blown away at the quality, especially for the price, compared to other quotes we had gotten. Testimonial for K & G MetalsThis Spring I had the pleasure of getting a carport put up by K+G Metals. What I ended up with was a structure considerably nicer than the standard”rounded eaves”carports that you see all over. Glynn(who’s family owns the business) was my”Low Pressure”sales person,who remained completely calm as I changed my mind 3-4 times.LOL I ended up with building with regular looking eves with overhang. I ended up having 3 sides closed in. I had contacted 3-4 other places and was left with little reassurance that they would even show up,and they all wanted the spot to be level within 3-4 inches,my spot was sloping at least 12 inches,I explained this to Glynn and he compensated for it”no problem”. So far a”smooth talker”could have led me along,now it’s time to actually build something. The crew,Alben and Richard showed up early with a nice”business looking”rig:a nice heavy duty pickup with a nice trailer,not a”Rag-Tag”looking outfit. All of their cordless tools were Milwaukee brand and neatly stowed. They snapped a chalk line for the screws and did a great job”boxing in”the corners and enclosing the the far end. Yes, I spent a little more than I had planned but not much. What I ended up with looks pretty much like a garage,not something you bought at a farm store to put hay in. I am very dissatisfied with work I got.its been over 1 year and problems still havent been resolved.metal came off top of roof rained in it lost lot ofclothes.took awhile to get someone out here to fix it.still leaks cant get anyone to take care of it.metal has waves all in it.screw arent fastened to anything.call and cant get return callI highly do not recommend them if need I can send or text pics to anyone wanting to see some of their work.very very dissatisfied.Would not recommend

Being a woman, I have found it difficult (at times) to be treated professionally. I would highly recommend K & G, to anyone who needed a building!! When Bama metal was in business I found them expensive and, aside from the office, rude and not helpful at all! K & G didnt try to put me over my financial comfort level gave me several options to fine tune my experience, when they came out to put it up very professional, cleaned up the entire area when they were done. Have had such a wonderful experience I am saving up for my next building!!
