If I could give 0 stars I would because the manager that was working at this store was the best and now hes gone. I know the situation and Im betting you guys will be groveling back on your hands and knees bc the community loved him and he was very committed to that job. Watch your store crumble without him. Hes been gone a few weeks and I can assure you the condition of the store is worse, the employees are being held to a lower standard and no one will be able to touch whoever you hire to replace him. Good luck trying and you lost a customer when you forced his hand- a whole family of customers actually.

Extremely rude manager Quinessa Moore. Acted like the shoes I brought in to return literally 20 mins after I purchased them were “used.” I bought them up the road at the Guntersville Hibbett. Drove to Albertville to check and see the prices at Rack Room shoes next door. They had a much better price on basketball shoes so I decided to return the $130 pair at the Albertville Hibbett. She questioned me if I had let him play in the shoes. I told her to look at the time stamp on my receipt and that I had literally just bought them. She Acted like they were nasty to touch. She needs some serious customer service training. I will NEVER step foot in this store again. The Guntersville store has MUCH nicer employees.
