When you buy a wedding ring you dont expect diamonds to fall out. When it was sent off the first time the sales lady ask questions such as DO YOU SLEEP IN THE RING DO YOU SHOWER WHILE WEARING RING OR WORK IN THE RING OMG for the sales lady to ask those kind of questions tells me KAYS JEWELRY IS LOW QUALITY AND I SHOULD NEVER WEAR MY RING🤬 FYI DONT BUT KAYS JEWELRY ITS CHEAP . It was sent off the second time because the main Diamond middle Diamond was about to fall out.

Great place! More than friendly staff. These ladies will go above and beyond. They can even help you virtually. If the store doesnt have what youre looking for they can get it.

Rude and I would not suggest doing business here when there are better local stores to deal with.

Friendly staff at times when their selling you jewelry but when its time to use your warranty they usually dont bother to look it up and they will threw you under the bus if they can if it comes to it
