They have a surprisingly large variety of the things they carry. Their prices are competitive but what keeps me coming back is the fact that Ive never walked in the door without being immediately assisted with what I need. And the thing that makes them stand out from other customer service companies is each employee seems genuinely happy to be helping everyone that walks into Ace. 10/10 will always recommend.

Employee was amazing. Ive been trying to rig up a make shift shower for my out door camping off the grid. I had Benn to other stores and no one had all the fittings I needed. This employee had it up and going in no time.

They seem very friendly and willing to help... the problem is that none of them actually know what they are doing. They have no idea what products they actually carry and God forbid you need to have paint mixed. There is exactly 1 person who can mix the paint correctly. Of course there has to be a drawback. He is extremely rude.

Had what I needed

Overpriced, plenty of people standing around when theres never more than 2 or 3 customers at rush hr. All that & they still have me wrong size caps for hoses. Caused a spill that ruined customers carpet & wasted material. Returned fitting explaining it wasnt the right size & as a result, their mistake cost around 400$ in damages, lost time, & man hrs.Really never expected a dime in damages, but an apology wouldve been a nice start.

Called and asked to have a propane tank filled and was told 4:45 pm was when the stopped filling. I arrived at 4:39 pm and was told NO!! I explained that I called ahead and still was told NO! When I ask why they said they would be breaking the law by filling after that time. I the called WEATHERS across the street and they said they didnt stop until they closed and that was 6:00pm, so I went to them and had it filled with no problem. SO if you need something without having to worry about who is trying to leave work early, GOD to WEATHERS they are Awesome

It was fast and easy. I asked someone where something was and they knew exactly where it was, the brand I wanted and all, I needed several items and they took me every where I needed to go.

My first time to stop in as we just moved to the area. So I go in and a nice young man greeted me and tried to help but he didnt mix paint. I ask for 2 gallons of paint and older guy mixing the paint was one of those that never acknowledges customers. He just kept clacking on the computer, never looked to say, miss Ill be right with you, I have a few gallons to mix ahead of you. No that would require effort, and this older man didnt have any effort left.....so I left. Never will go back, I stopped at lowes on the way home and was in and out immediately....which is usually not the case but Lowes was WAY FASTER and more professional than Ace.

They are a craftsman tool dealer, all craftsman hand tools have a lifetime warranty. Well good luck on getting a warranty on hand tools from them. I rather pull an alligators tooth than try to argue with them. Especally when Im right. The package clearly states lifetime warranty except for abuse on the tools. On two different occasions Ive tried to get them to honor the products they sell. Both times they sent a paying customer down the road. Im so glad they did though because we found the Ace in Boaz, Al. Its worth the drive to not be treated like your trying to steal from them. ACE in boaz had no problem In taking care of us.
