Very good customer service. Needed a fresh Turkey for Thanksgiving the night before, last minute, and Cathy at the Customer Service desk was fabulous! She hooked me right up!!! Thank you. Was only my second time there shopping. Will be shopping there again.

Often items are not priced.. items are placed in discount section and have high prices ....watch the register display. Store maintenance could be better ....wonderful staff. You need their Yes card to get sale prices ...not bad for a small town store....

Please make sure to check the date on every single item you purchase!! I’ve learned this the hard way after bringing home multiple goods that were expired from breadcrumbs, salad dressing, cereal, and more. Prices are very high, $10 for a 5 pack of apples that probably weren’t even fresh. Very upsetting that this is our only option for groceries in this community. Half the time the store isn’t even stocked. Will be going out of town from now on for my groceries.

The check outs were lined up back to the dairy with just 3 cashiers. The manager finally came out of his office, yet couldnt get into a register to assist with the crowd. Crazy.

Their produce is not local, not fresh. The only thing I found good was the 24 pk of spring waters price.

This is a wonderful store to shop at especially for such a small community, the employees are hard working individual, risking their lives to feed the community, in this pandemic era. Im a product of a foster child, my memories of this community are wonderful even when I was a young boy here back in the 80s. This community always has produced good hard working honest people who cares about their City. I salute you guys keep smiling keep believing keep dreaming we will beat this covid-1919 pandemic.

Sad the difference between Albion Family Fare and Marshalls. Lines in Albion are long, in Marshall not a lot of waiting in line. Albion doesnt have a good selection in deli, bakery or produce but Marshall has good selection.

Nice family store. Employees are helpful. They know where things are located so you can find what you want quickly.

Ican deal with the prices, however the failure to provide proper staffing with cashiers and replinishers for stocking is disturbing and at times a pain.

Over priced at times, watch for sales!! Also watch expiration dates on food (Its on sale for a reason). Be prepared to hold back on the anger you feel going through check out. Its rare to have a cashier with any sense of customer service. If you speak hi, how are you? You get nothing. $400. In hard earned cash... not even have a great day moving forward Im shopping elsewhere, not for convenience. Marshall isnt that far.

Just moved to the area and extremely disappointed that this is the only grocery in town. Overly priced and Ive now had multiple times where the stuff Ive bought has gone bad within days in the fridge. Unless its a canned good or a box of cereal, Ill expend the extra time and gas just to go to Jackson instead. And you cant blame the company because the one in Marshall has a far better selection and quality. Also, it seems like every other day theyre releasing photos on social media attempting to identify shoplifters. Just not an enjoyable place to shop in any measure.

I just moved here to Albion and this seems to be the foodstop place. I havent had the chance to shop inside yet because of my issues with driving but I go with my husband in the car and they always have nifty coupons for coffee & gas

I was just at your store and was told that I couldnt enter the store without a mask . why for 6 months during our lock down. I could enter without a mask with no problem so why are you now telling me I cant. If you want to enforce a rule you should do it from the start not when ever you feel like it .or that its convenient for you

The store. Was organized and easy to find items. The check-out was fast. The clerk was helpful They also have electric carts for those who needs them

I just moved to Albion and didnt know what to expect from Family Fare when I saw it on Google Maps. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it has great prices, a huge selection, and very friendly staff.I would give it a five star review if it werent for the rewards card that you must have in order to get the sales price. Ive already got two of them now because I forgot to bring it the last time I went. Id rather not have rewards and just be able to get the sales price without the dumb card.

I was just dropping off not doing any shopping myself. While waiting in the parking lot the store seemed not to busy but just a steady flow of shoppers.

Its expensive for most of their items but they have good sales. The cashier check out is slow. I love that they have a basket for overripe bananas at a lower cost.

Decent place to get groceries. Were kind of limited on choices nearby, which I think may lend to higher prices at times or on certain items. There are a few organic produce items. Selection on most items and even specialities is fair, with the exception of sugar-free and/or keto- friendly items. This store is a bit lacking in these areas. The store is clean and most of the employees are friendly and helpful.

Uaualy kinda quick in and out. Today lots of empty shelves and not enought cashiers open.

I work in Albion so it is very convenient. The sale prices are good, otherwise a little high.

Staff is lazy and rude. Cant seem to even do a western union let alone ring up more than 10 items without an attitude or a mental breakdown like its the hardest task in the world. Ive been lied to by employees countless times. Ridiculous

Family fare is pricier on most things compared to the nearby dollar stores in town but they have several great deals including milk which make it work coming to... The service isnt always super friendly but for the majority of the staff they always try to be kind enough... Compared to other family fare stores Ive been to I would say this one has some catching up to do...

Store prices here are far higher than other markets and mainstream stores nearby within 20miles or less. If youre looking for sodas and snacks they are a few cents above average. Complete your primary grocery shopping somewhere else. Plan ahead and avoid this store. On a positive note they have good cinnamon rolls once a blue moon.

Far too expense!!! Its a rip off to the ppl of the community. These prices take advantage of the ppl who cant afford to go elsewhere or of those who simply dont know better. & Theres a lack of fresh healthy food. The staff there have always been kind & the store seems to always be clean.

The prices at this place are exorbitant Albion needs another grocery store desperately..will make the drive elsewhere before I buy groceries here again!
