The Amish ConnectionWe love our new beautiful dining room furniture! It is incredibly well crafted and a pleasure to look at. When arriving at the showroom, our sales person, Cindy, was extremely professional. She offered great support without overwhelming us. She gave us plenty of time to look and was always available to answer our questions. She prepared the order exactly to our liking. The wait for our furniture was long, but well worth it. We ordered in January of 2021 and it arrived this month. It was delivered by two very awesome young men. They worked quickly and set-up the furniture to our liking. Our delivery team, Ethan and Zuwie were extremely courteous and helpful in answering our questions. The Amish Connection truly provides very fine well crafted furniture. We are very happy.

This is our second purchase from The Amish Connection. We purchased a 5 piece bedroom suite 10 years ago and still cherish it today. We recently purchased a stunning dinning table and chairs for our 40th anniversary. As expected the service from Cindy & Hannah was exceptional. Our table and chairs reflect the loving, time consuming, meticulous construction as our bedroom set. We are both full-time Realtors, when people new to our area ask where to find unique, customizable furniture that is of good quality...we always send them to The Amish Connection. I cant say enough good things about the Amish Connection. I dont want to buy furniture from anyone else in Albuquerque. My husband and I bought a bed and a dining room table and chairs from them when we married and blended a large family 5 years ago. The dining room table has stood up to 7 family members and many guests and just gets better with age.This time around my husband and I ordered a sofa, a media center, two gliders, a coffee table and 3 side tables at the beginning of February. Hannah helped us from mid October when we first stopped by looking all the way through until I finally got over the angst of spending money on something other than college tuition! She was very helpful with furniture design, placement, fabric selection and coordinating with existing furniture. Little did we know coronavirus was on the way. Despite a pandemic, the staff kept us informed and our furniture arrived just about 6 weeks after originally promised. Pretty incredible considering how much stopped nationwide. Quarantining in such a beautiful and cozy living room isnt such a bad way to go.Thank you, thank you to Hannah and all of the staff at the Amish Connection. Finally made it in to the Amish connection and I wish I hadnt waited. They have some beautiful hand made solid wood furniture (yes it still exists). These are heirloom quality pieces for sure, available in a multitude of configurations where you select the wood, features and finish.

I entertain friends over dinner a lot, and I wanted to make an investment in a table that would enhance the overall dining experience. You can NOT beat the quality of craftsmanship in these handcrafted pieces. The pride in the furniture making comes through in every detail. If you are looking to shop on a budget, this is not your furniture store. If you are looking to make an investment in beautiful, high quality furniture that your grandchildren will be using with pride someday, the Amish Connection can provide that. The staff was easy to work with, and made helpful, no-pressure suggestions about options. My new dining table and chairs match perfectly with the art deco pieces I already had and I could not be happier with the entire experience. I highly recommend them.

Oooh man do super love furniture, you could even say that I am an aficionado of all types of furniture. This stuff here is pricy but I can assure you the quality is top notch, however Im not here to evaluate them, Ive decided instead Ill evaluate google and their on going assault of our data. More so they let other tech off altogether from being reviewed. I wonder why they do that, but check it out for yourself, try and review IBM or apple or any video game company for that matter. You cant, theyve put an embargoe on what we can review, limiting us big time. But you can review military bases for some reason, however Id like to review EA, or MSI for that matter but cant.... Ill be back fo sho, spreading the gospel.

The Amish Connection has the best quality furniture in town. Hannah and the staff are fabulous! I bought a bedroom set many years ago and it still looks like new. I just bought a new dining set and expect it to last a very long time as well. It is absolutely beautiful!

I was very impressed by the service provided in the store, and by the quality of the finished product I recently received.Sales consultant Hannah was extremely helpful in finding a bedside shelf unit that would match to my unusual height requirement, and with satisfactory width and length. She provided a couple of samples of wood type and finish to help me decide on an optimal match to an existing bed (and wall). And she had a nice, friendly demeanor throughout the purchase and delivery processes that was clearly oriented toward maximal customer service and well as developing a positive customer relationship.The finished product was beautiful, clearly solidly made, with a substantial feel as well as the hoped-for good match to existing circumstances in the bedroom.The only feature of the entire purchase experience that was not positive was the 16-week delivery time. Its certainly understandable in view of the careful custom fabrication evident in the final product, but a bit long for the pile of cardboard boxes I was using as a temporary substitute.Overall: excellent product and service!

Geraldine and I were very impressed with the handsome quality and craftsmanship of Amish Collections furniture from the moment we walked into their Albuquerque store, Cindy made our visit quickly productive by her polite but skilled questions in identifying our needs and steering us to the best solutions. While their were hiccups along the way, Amish made good on its delivering the ordered products and treated us fairly. Benn and Justin showed they were truly professional movers in delivering our orders intact and were responsive to our concerns. All-in-all we have no hesitation in recommending The Amish Collection of New Mexico to anybody seeking high quality furniture and professional sales and service .

I was nervous about spending so much money on a few pieces of furniture but I couldnt be happier with the service and prices! I ordered a bedroom set and a dining set, however, I had to make a lot of customizations to both to suit my needs/tastes. My sales agent, Hannah, at the Juan Tabo store in Albuquerque, could NOT have been better! She was so knowledgeable about the furniture and craftsmen who would make the pieces for us. She happily walked me through all the customizing I wanted to do, which was a lot. She rapidly responded to emails I sent regarding delivery times and charges. I never felt abandoned once the order was made. Our delivery was made on time and the two delivery/set-up guys were also awesome! Brennan and Justin were professional, polite and took great care and time in getting everything set up and assembled correctly. I have NEVER had such an enjoyable experience in buying anything EVER! Will definitely purchase more in future. Cannot recommend any stronger! You wont regret it!!! :)

Superior Quality Wood Products are Always in Style!Trying to find American-made wood furniture products locally in Albuquerque was much more difficult than anticipated. I thought they would have cheesy country style furniture but no, the designs are varied and there are so many options. The service is superb. Loved shopping at the Amish connection! This store has the most beautiful wood furniture in a full range of styles and finishes beyond what I was expecting. I loved how everything was customizable down to the the style of legs available for tables.This is not the kind of furniture store you shop at if your on a budget but you cant match the quality of these products at any of the big box stores.The staff was really nice and friendly and even though I did not purchase any furniture at the time, the sales associate allowed us all the time we required without the hassle and nagging Ive seen at other stores. We had a great experience and would suggest this store to anyone looking for beauty and timeless quality in their next piece of furniture.

First, let me say it is quite expensive. Dont be afraid to try and negotiate. The furniture is very well made, very high quality, and the craftsmanship is amazing. You can custom order anything you can think of here! The sales staff is informative and not very pushy. Apparently the Amish are allowed to use fax machines ; )

Wonderful store offering handcrafted wooden Amish furniture. There is a lot to choose from, and the staff is very helpful in navigating you through the process. The furniture is quite pricey, though, and since it is handmade the wait time can be up to three months.

Staff were sneaky and tried to add more highly priced items onto what would have been a sale, insisting that the items were only sold as a set after saying something completely different minutes earlier. The furniture is very high quality but watch out for the underhanded sales tactics!
