Recently went into the pawn store and got swindled. At the pawnshop I found a nice bracelet labeled “silver.” The stamp on the inside of the bracelet made me more comfortable so I purchased the bracelet for what seemed to be a reasonable price for it being silver. When I took the bracelet to a jeweler, they had it tested to verify the authenticity of it and found out it was actually nickel. My heart sunk to know that they swindled me for the price I purchased it for. On returning the bracelet I was confronted with hostility, visible frustration, and the owner advised me to no longer shop here. I was able to trade my bracelet for something of value, but was treated so rudely in the process that I Wouldn’t recommend going to this pawnshop. Ever.

Its pawn shop.... Inventory varies. But the guys are awesome, straight up, and honest!!! They have a very good selection of firearms for sure!

DO NOT PURCHASE GUNS FROM THIS PAWN SHOP THEY ARE LITERALLY ROBBING PEOPLE. I repeat do not buy any thing from here unless you like over paying, most likely you will pay double the amount for one gun or any thing in that shop, shop any where but here please avoid these people in any way possible they are rude and have the worst customer service i dont know how they are still open I wouldn’t give them no stars

I have never seen a place with firearm related items so high. There was even one that was about 600 above what others were selling it for! So please do not go here if you have intentions to buy a gun, way too expensive and are definitely not known for their good customer service.

I have purchased many guns from here and have always been treated fairly on price and the customer service is great. I would rather pay a little bit more to a LOCAL shop than a large retailer...warranty issues...no problem!!

Constantly price gouging on firearms. Right now they have a bersa thunder for $599. Come on thats a $250-$300 gun.

I bought a lazer light for 140$ and after leaving i researched the product and the company who makes it charges 70$ for it . I walked back in because I hadnt even left the parking lot and they wouldnt give me a refund or a discount. They will rip you off dont go here. I left my gun there for a little bit of financial help. When I went to retrieve it they told me I need a new Mexico ID. They were more than happy to take my gun with an Arizona ID and not inform me of this. On top of that I have to purchase a handgun in New Mexico with my Arizona ID. They have no idea what they are talking about and are a bunch of Thieves. Now I have to work with the Better Business Bureau for my weapon.
