Great service and friendly knowledge staff. Had the parts I needed for our dryer in stock. Parts were actual GE parts at a fair price. Would highly recommend.

If you call and they say they have your part in stock, dont be surprised when you get there and they say they dont have it. Customer service is trash.

They do not accept cash which it would have been very nice of them to let me know that before I came down there I understand its part of the covid project policy but thats a little archaic in my opinion

Dont assume they have stock unless they are holding it for you in hand. I called to find a part, and was told that the ABQ location had one in inventory. I headed over, and was told that they have a new computer inventory management system and that this must be one of the parts that is lost.Yeah, or maybe your inventory control is bad?I was told that they had the part in AZ, and could get it shipped. Thanks, but the only reason I would pay 50% more would be if you had it in stock. If I have to wait for you to order it, I am simply going to mail order the part, have it shipped directly to me, and pay a more reasonable price.So dont rely on a simple computer check for inventory. Ask them to retrieve the part and hold onto it for you before you take time out of your day for a drive down.Two stars instead of one, as the counter guy really tried to look for that part.

Outstanding service! Called as soon as they opened. They had the belt for my dryer in stock. Easy purchase over the phone and safe pick up because of the virus precaution. Will buy from again.

I would give 5 stars because Mike was extremely helpful both on the phone and in person. He helped me get the parts I needed for my gas dryer. He was very professional. He listened to my description when the computer system didnt have a complete picture scheme of the part I needed and didnt list the part by its actual name. If you go, ask for him! Hands down professional.I have to deduct a star because unfortunately, the other person in our exchange was incredibly rude. He plugged in a wrong part number which came back to a grill top, and instead of saying thats the wrong part, he read off the description and said Good luck with that. Its $320. That followed by the condescending remark about my last name was not appreciated. Women work on cars, appliances and houses too, so dont be snarky when we come in for parts.

We purchase appliance parts from here all the time. Recently weve had multiple issues we had an irrate customer that it took 2 months to get a grate in that they ordered incorrectly had my parts runner pick up after they told me it had finally come in. Received a call from my parts runner stating the parts rep had no idea why I sent him down they had no parts or an order for us. After he got belligerent with me I asked to speak to Mike who had the part on the side. The whole time I can here him complaining about me to my personnel when all I was trying to do was pick up our part.Today I called for pricing spoke with a gal whose clearly in a fowl mood. She was rude from the get go. She asked for our account number which they have never asked for before I just normally stated our business. She then didnt provide the account number for me to reference and stated Youre going way too fast can you slow it down? So I then stated Im sorry thats the way I talk we are very busy over here I didnt realize I was going to fast. to which she stated umm yea were busy too so I then again stated yes I understand thats why I apologized. She then snapped at me if you were in such a hurry you would think youd fax your request.At that point I hung up. Well gladly take our business elsewhere. Have a good Halloween.

Not the friendliest bunch. Suggest buying your appliance parts online. Random strangers in blog rooms are more helpful and certainly much nicer. Only positive is the nearby breweries where you can down the bad vibes.

Best place in town that I have found for oddball parts that the large hardware stores dont have. Always great friendly service. I have yet to come across a part that APD cannot get for me.

I have nothing but awesome experiences with this company I just ordered a heating element for my oven . Yesterday at 4:00 and I just received it today I was surprised it came so soon . And it is a quality part . Thank you I would recommend this company to everyone I know.

I was able to provide a vague and probably confusing description over the phone, and I had my part waiting for me to pick up just minutes later... All for a very affordable price. I went to 5 stores and all didnt want to sell me a part because I wasnt a licensed contractor, so I happened to call this place and the guy on the phone (Ryan) was very helpful, and sold me the part I needed. Good prices, excellent service, and APD has my business for life as long as they stay open, so 5 stars indeed...

Just went in to pick up a pump for my washer and I told the person on the phone I only needed the motor. He said it was in stock and he would hold it for me. Isaac helped me and brought out the entire drain assembly (explains why it was $177). I said I only needed the motor and he told me it doesnt come that way. I said I had found it online and he stared at me for a second and said see ya. No help at all, no suggestions...just see ya. There are few things that get me fires up and his attitude did the trick. Never again and I will make sure and let others know about terrible service.

After having a bad experience I checked reviews after the fact... Should have checked first... The guy who helped me was a guy named Rodger... The phone call felt very rushed and I dont even feel confident he sold me the right part... Apparently Im not alone in my experience looking at prior reviews... Oh well well see what happens!

Great prices, but customer service very poor. I called the manager to let him know about an associate that was very unhelpful and dismissive and upon giving him feedback...nothing but crickets. I didnt expect them to admit any fault but he acted like he didnt care at all...sometimes paying more is worth the respect of business.

Im a DIY guy, and have found them extremely helpful. Not only as far as steering me in the right direction technically, but also buying options, such as buying a maintenance kit vs. separate parts. Saved me lots of money.

I just purchase a $172.00 part on tuesday. Turned out to be the wrong part after they told me that this part would fix it. When I went to return it with receipt in hand they said they could not accept it because it was not in a box (which there a several boxes on top of boxes in their office) and it had been plugged in. Well of course it was plugged in how else would I trouble shoot my problem. On top of it all the sales associate and manager were rude, unapologetic and flat out told me tough luck. So, a brand new part with a receipt is in thier posession at my cost. This is wrong and ridiculous their return policy is to cheat you out of money. Dont go there, try some where that cares about customers I am out $170 for trying to deal with them.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable ...I went in trying to vet help with my electric dryer thinking it was the element they not only tested my parts but rather then try to sell me things I wouldnt need they actually helped me find out it was circuit breaker all along! Smiles and generosity from them all the way

They ordered the correct part and they called to let me know when it arrived . They promised a call on a particular day which they did at very close to the time they offered.

I am not a professional, so when I can go in and the counter person is friendly and helpful, it is a nice experience. Plus the.part was less expensive than the internet!

They charged $130 for a part I could have gotten on Amazon (Prime) for $28. Sorry I didnt check first. I expected it to be more expensive, but not 500%.

Price gouging ... 70.00 for a part that costs under 15.00 i had part next day air and still paid less for a OEM part. why shop locally anymore ? I no longer need to shop at local shops as this, with online shopping, this is why Albuquerque shops are slowly dieng out at least be competitive right? this is unacceptable. Maybe if you had an account you only have to pay double of what it costs online ? i suggest Amazon if you have Prime or ebay if you dont.
