I hate shopping especially for electronics but the time came to complete the task. I needed a laptop and thanks to the help of Dave(David...I dont remember which one he went by and its not on receipt) I was in and out in approximately 20 minutes today, no funny business. He listened to my needs, was patient, and helped me find what I needed thanks to all of his knowledge. He made the experience fun and I will certainly go back to see him the next time I need any type of electronic device in the future. Thank you!
If I could give less than one star I would have. I have been coming to Best Buy for years, returning the odd item for replacement, when necessary. The service had always been stellar and Nikki was an amazing customer service representative.The experience I had today was so far from the gold standard I am accustomed to with Best buy that I felt the need to write this. Not only was TORREY so lacking in plain basic customer service, he didnt ask me what I wanted to do and automatically tried to just give me a store credit rather than deal with me. He didnt check to see that the item I wanted to exchange, not just return, was on sale for $60 less, but had charged me an additional $30. I happened to have printed the sale item and realized it just after I had walked away from the counter. He did change it, with attitude and an obvious sense of being extremely put out.This is unacceptable behavior and I am so very disappointed in Best Buy Im seriously considering changing stores. Best Buy has been my go-to for years, but if this sort of service is what were getting, then they dont need my patronage any longer.
Depends really on what “helpful” associate assist on your electronic needs. However, I noticed they will find ways to bring that product to their store for you, no problem.
The associates here are always happy to help and they do an excellent job at it. Every time I’ve gone, they will provide me details about their deals. I have gotten so many cool things because of their deals. As of last weekend, they still have their Black Friday deals from July!
Best car audio and electronics technician in Albuquerque is a fellow named Tim who works here. No one else touches my rides. He did my 72 Mustang, a 4 wd I have, and other vehicles Ive owned years passed, hes about to re do my 74 corvette audio, it was a poor job at another shop I should never have used.Tim, I think hes the best we have in Albuquerque. Patience of Job, and the wisdom of Moses.
I came to best buy with my husband and we used or wanted to use quad Pay. First off the managers have no idea what quad pay is second they lie and say there is no way to input the card! Best buy please educate your Managers on what quad pay is and how it works!I definitely dont recommend best buy until the management is educated with cards you offer to work with. We ended up having to purchase online seeing that in store management is not educated on how to use quad pay. Our purchase was a hassle.

They sent me to the wrong place for all in one printer, copier regular fax Machine. Then there were none in stock? Plus you show backsplashes on website but offer none in store? Sad trip & none of your stores are convenient to our house
I would give them a zero if I could but I can’t. I returned an item today that I paid for 15 days ago and I haven’t even gotten a refund right away. They were quick to take my money right away when I paid for it but when I wanted a refund they didn’t even give me my money back right away. And I’m very upset about this right now.

BESTBUY. POOR ORDER FULFILLMENT. CUSTOMER DISERVICE.I ordered and paid in full for an LG TV through Best Buy chat 9/15/2021. During the online chat, I specified a new tv and not open box. The response. The product would be new.I preferred delivery to curbside pickup due to a medical procedure performed today and in general due to bodily mobility problems and pandemic risk.The tv was supposed to be delivered Friday, 9/17. I had not returned from the hospital for more than an hour when I received a call from a Geek Squad tech, Mariah, saying she was here with my tv. I received no prior noticeI admit being pleasantly surprised but also confused, because I hadnt requested any Geek Squad services.Mariah from Geek Squad, volunteered to help me in a number of ways, but I am especially at risk for Delta virus and declined.For this reason, I have been doing most of my shopping online, not risking visits and limiting retail shopping.I opened the package to discover that not only packing materials were insufficient but also the tv stand (two base feet) and the power cord were missing.I figured the tv pick up could be handled in the informal same way as delivery.After over an hour I was met with three denials that the item I received was actually open box. I did not beleaguer that point.But I clearly objected to my having to pack the parcel, which didnt even come adequately packed, and that I would have to drop it at the store or arrange a pickup through UPS.Kevin, a Supervisor and last person I spoke with, kept repeating this is store policy.I live in an apartment complex that has a leasing office but the office is not a package depot. Theres no intercom system. I need to know when deliveries will be made, some timeframe. I explained this.Kevin did not respond when I asked him if todays delivery followed corporate or store procedure, pointing out that during the time it took for me to be transferred and waiting for him, the item could have been back at their store.I questioned: What if, in the neighborhood, BestBuy delivered the wrong item?What if the tv was damaged while BestBuy personnel delivered it? What would have happened under those circumstances?All he could do was apologize and repeat the company/store robotic line..I was also informed that the tv cost would have to be processed by BestBuy before my credit card company would be notified of a refund due.We went around in circles, and, while I plan to contact the local corporate office, this a warning. Prospective BestBuy customers, shop elsewhere.Of course, I am also making my gripe online to take the store to task.
If you need to recycle old electronics this is the place. They do have a small fee depending on what youre recycling. So dont throw away those old monitors illegally, just go to Best Buy. Employees were also very helpful.

Bought a new washer and dryer. The ones I wanted werent in stock (same ones were out of stock at Lowes and home Depot as well) but were arriving 2 days later so best buy got the sale. Jacob was very helpful and informative. Pick up was easy. 2 of their staff helped load the washer and dryer into my truck.
These people make an appointment for you to get your apple device checked and when you get there a month later they tell you your apple car expired a month ago. They need a better system it feels like they are taking money out of your pocket. If they would have just told me it was going to expire I would have done it another way.

Service was great and I felt very good about my choice. Shelves were pretty empty but shopped a few days after Christmas. The Salesman told me plenty of information on the 2 items I had to choose from. I purchased one of the 2 items at a very good price. I got it hooked up and it is perfect.

I absolutely love this Best Buy. The customer service was the BEST! It started off that, I went to the incorrect Best Buy. I asked for my items. The young man, fixed our issue, gave us the correct address and we went to the correct one. Im disabled and I have a hard time getting around. The line was 15+ cars long. I pulled up to the disability spot, texted back I was there and where I was. The young man came out to me, with my items and apologized to me for my mistake. I was impressed with the amazing customer service during the craziest day of the year, Christmas Eve!!! I have always loved Best Buy but the Albuquerque NM Best Buy is the Best!!!

These guys dont know there stuff. I went in buy a MagSafe charger for my iPhone 11. An employee helped me find where they are and when I picked up the apple brand one and I was told it only works on the iPhone 12. He disagreed when I told him it would defiantly work on the 11. I got home and plugged it in and surprise surprise it works! I appreciate the help but the employees should know how their products work.

I bought a Samsung dishwasher and they actually had it in stock. Installed it that day with the kit they sold me. The salesman was logical informative and not in any way pushy. I was bpiwn away because Home Depot doesnt even stock models of its dishwashers in-store anymore, so it was nice to see somewhere loving up to the purpose of a retail appliance shop. You know.. wIthout ripping you off completely like Baillios.
Me and my wife went in for cases for our new note 20 ultras. Turns out they put a sticker over the actual label, which said galaxy note 20. That case did not fit correctly. Now the screen protector for the ultra they are selling is trash. The phone does not fit in the installation tray. Everyone in the store was helpful and polite im just displeased with the product we were sold.
How these employees treat their costumers is very rude! Especially to the elderly and people who hardly understand technology. This employee today got my parents to apply for a card, saying it isnt a credit card but rebates. He was literally yelling at them to enter this and that into a computer.. I just told them to leave that store and go somewhere else. Its good I wasnt there or that guy would have gotten an earful!

Recommended that you order in advance and let them know you are there to pickup an order. They have an excellent method in place for retrieving orders and getting you on your way.

Worst Geek Squad experience. I dropped off my son’s laptop while classes were still in session. No status updates for 5 weeks. I called 3 times and contacted Best Buy in FB. My FB response finally got someone to call me. The store manager indicated that he eould personally give me a ststud update in a couple of days. However, not call was received. On the 3rd day, I received a random email saying my device was ready. When I picked up the device, no work had been done. I was told parts were not received despite being told on a call and by the store manager that parts were indeed received. I was able to track service, and found that the notations online indicated that parts arrived 2 weeks after the repair was submitted. I will never use this service again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. These folks do not care about the customer experience. My son lost valuable time from online school, and we were not even compensated for our troubles. I didn’t even get and I’m sorry. I got an “I don’t know what happened.”
This place has gone downhill used to be a good place customer service is awful the Mercer service is awful when youre there to purchase some merchandise Cameron and Bobby both work in TV electronics area seem to not want to help me in any way or form and I was very displeased with their service gonna file a formal complaint as well with their corporation and I will never do business with this location again I would rather travel extra a few miles to the other location and hother location and have them have my business and let them look good on their business report than this location I wouldnt have even given this place one star I wouldnt have even given this place one star

Best Buys curbside pickup is great to keep people safe while they can still grab a new modem or whatever. However, the pickup process can be more efficient. The employees bringing items out to each customer one-by-one seems utterly inefficient, which I suspect is leading to the longer wait times.Dear Best Buy, if I can offer a suggestion: as you get notifications of customers arrivals, load items in a rolling cart with drawers individually labeled with the parking spot numbers, as an employee becomes available, hand them the cart youve been loading up, then start loading a new cart with the orders of new arrivals.
Took PS5 earphones that I had for less then 6 months were falling apart. They wouldnt help me stating I would have to call Sony to get help. Very disappointed ☹️
Nice and clean, typical setup. Was here to pickup a device I ordered from the store on hotel cir. My order was not ready yet so I was browsing the store and several employees asked if I needed help. Most I told no, but Hailleigh (Im so sorry I cant remember how its spelled! But it was close to that..) I asked to talk to me a little about computers. I want the 16 MacBook pro thats almost $3000 and was wondering if there was anything comparable to it on the windows side.She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very personable and gave me a few recommendations that I plan to look into but I wanted to give her an extra little shout out for helping me kill some time.Checked back on that order and I guess there was a mixup with some of the phones in the back, and thats why it was taking so long. I didnt get the names of the gentleman who helped correct the issue, but one of them was one of the door greeters and I am greatful for all the help! It seems the associates at best buy are always so friendly and ready to help without being pushy. I never feel like Ive got sharks circling me (the way one does at a car dealership) and I appreciate that!
Overall great experience. I was in need of a new laptop and wasnt sure how much of a laptop i needed. They were busy in the computer department and a supervisor saw me standing around and came over to help. He was very knowledgeable and asked me questions about my use of the laptop. He narrowed my search down to two and then helped me decide from there. Definitely recommend if you are in the need for anything.
Purchased a new phone from them and had the Verizon rep transfer data from my old phone. Everything was done satisfactorily but I have to say the customer service bedside manner was less than personable the girl barely said a word to me the whole 45 minutes she worked with me it was like pulling teeth getting answers to my questions

Pleasantly surprised. It seemed like this location was on the decline the last time I had visited. While they are still overpriced, it felt like there was a more cohesive feel to the store and it wasnt in disarray. Seemed like there were plenty of staff willing to assist, and the layout was just more modern than in the past.

Needed a new MP3 player. Talked with the young man, he was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, hunted one down in the store that wasnt on the shelf. Seemed a tad apologetic they only had pink ones left but I was very happy as I didnt know they came in different colors. Ended up with another ipod which is pricey like all apple products but it met my needs the best. He didnt talk down to me but did use simplistic words I understood. Im his grandmas age Im sure so I assume hes had practice with older folks. Nice kid.
Great Staff and Great Service! I placed an online order and the whole process for curbside service was very easy and stress free. The staff member that assisted me was extremely pleasant and very quick to get my items out to me. I would recommend this location for any curbside orders.
