This review is specifically regarding an incident that occurred today in the parts department of this business. I was there looking for a part when one of the parts representatives said in conversion with another employee that the only good Democrat is a dead Democrat. This was said at the parts counter in the presence of five employees and three customers.This is nonsense. Americans should have more respect for each other regardless of political affiliation. I am a military veteran and a former law enforcement officer and know far too many that have given far too much to be disrespected in this manner.

Great customer service, excellent top of the line products, and no messing around with online shopping/shipping or big box stores that sacrifice quality for lower prices. Way better price here than I found anywhere online which honestly was a surprise.

Tried to order a tool through phone as like the last time I had ordered a repair kit for a zurn wall faucet, came in and paid for it when it came in . Tried calling for a tool to purchase This time around. I had to go in travel 2hrs for a tool before its ordered. The distributor just had started doing inventory the day i came in and no one knew about it until 1:15pm .another employee mentioned it . Wasted the day ...
