A1 made fixing my trucks bumper quick and easy! They were proactive about communicating with me, and now it looks like brand new! (Before and after photos attached)

A-One came recommended by three different people when I needed some body work done: my dealership, my detailer, and my father. I had a mishap on the freeway when a landscaper dumped a load of rocks that smacked up my windshield, hood, front fascia, and roof. Andy gave me an estimate, and it came within 1% of the final tally. He put my car back into original condition. A couple weeks later I noticed a couple blemishes that resulted from overspray. Andy quickly buffed these out no questions asked. I highly recommend A-One!

Took car in after being hit in the parking garage. had front and rear end damage... was slightly longer the estimated repair time. but the car looks perfect.. couldnt have asked for a better experience..

I received professional, courteous, timely help from A One Collision and I can highly recommend them. Andy was excellent with his communication and working with me over the phone, and when I met him, he was just a great guy doing great work. They got me a new bumper for my van and made it work for my timing as I live in the country and was only in Albuquerque for a day (we arranged it over the phone). I couldnt have been happier with the customer service and the work. I found everyone there that I met very friendly as well, and the work they did was perfect.

Needed a small repair done to my vehicle and they were able to get me scheduled quickly, got the job done extremely fast, and the price was superb! The staff was also very friendly and I overall enjoyed my visit and would do business with them again in the future.

They fixed our Chevy Malibu and now it doesn’t drive the same and the steering is stiff and plus they are not cool people to talk to

I understand things come up when repairing a vehicle that are out of anyones control, and this review is not related to that. But to go pick up your vehicle after you are told its ready and find: multiple items not fixed, the paint having problems in many areas, and learning there was not an inspection on the work performed before releasing it to the customer....are all unacceptable. But we are at their mercy and have to leave the car with them to address all of these issues. Here we are almost a week later and still no car. Come to find out they burned through the paint and I get to wait even longer because of ANOTHER mistake made by them. The worst part was we were referred here by Rich Ford. If you enjoy the repair shop qualities of: poor communication, keeping your car well past the estimate, and making multiple errors on repair of your car....then this is your place.

I had the same exact experience as Mark Young. It was a constant going back and forth to the shop and discovering upon my arrivals numerous defects in the paint, items not entirely put back inside my vehicle, and promises that never got entirely resolved. If you want to save yourself a headache, go somewhere else.

Great place good service

I brought in my vehicle for an estimate a month ago with the intention to do business with A-1 collision.The following week I spoke to a representative to let him know I was ready to move forward and get my car fixed. The representative tells me he’ll begin to look for the parts needed and will call me to schedule a time. He never called. In fact, I reached out to see what the holdup is and his condescending response was that he didn’t know what parts he needs.

I didnt get work done here because of the less than friendly or helpful service that I received during the estimate process. There are so many other choices.

Worked on our car after a tough accident and made it look like we never had the damage. thank you to the A one collision team for being so understanding under our stressful time.
