This place is simply amazing! Bob went above and beyond. He waited late for me the day my car was ready so I could get it before the weekend. On a repair the product caused a reaction and he refused to let it go home until it was perfect! You cant even tell it had a repair. Im thankful for the commitment and honesty of him and his company! I recommend this place.

The collaborative customer service experience between Marks 1 collision, Enterprise car rental and my insurance company with the referral from my local Insurance agent was outstanding. People Id like to mention is Josh for having excellent customer service skills, the person(s) whom made my vehicle look new and matched the color perfectly. The person who did the estimate on my suv, felt that my because my truck was older and had previous damage that I should not fix the damage done by their insurer. Why have some part of the truck look new while the other part was older.

This is the 2nd time Ive did a oil change in the service department. since the change over from Marks Casa twice they have forgotten to replace next service sticker, then told when ask about tire pressure they only fill the one that is needed .so this means I have to go elsewhere in order to get all of my tires at the same pressure. Ive brought 3 300s from 2006-2017 from Marks Casa and the care/service was great..now I wonder. Weather with the change in dealership if service will be the same .they dont seem to have any problem wanting to do add on services makes me wander weather they would cut corners.Service Department.

My auto repair that was supposed to take 3 weeks ended up taking 6 LONG weeks. I understand that sometimes getting certain parts are out of their control but I was so frustrated by this. Matt was terrible when it came to answering my questions. He was short, irritable and unfriendly. If it hadnt been for Evan, my insurance rep who works out of this auto shop, I would have been absolutely furious. Hes the only one who took the time to explain things to me. My repair itself was done very well though, so they obviously have mechanics who know what theyre doing. But given the choice, I would much rather take my vehicle somewhere else.
Zero complaints! Had a claim through Geico for some cosmetic damage to my 4Runner. Props to Geico for setting everything up for me.Marks collision one did everything they said they would, when they said they would (actually finished a day early). I saw the final finish put on, the model type decal thingy on the side, and saw the technician out there with a ruler and great attention to detail.There were no surprises and the car looks great. Right next to it is enterprise rental car, which was also set up for me automatically. Seriously the nicest experience I’ve had at a repair shop/post collision repair.
Over the years, my family and I have had multiple positive experiences with One Collision, and I cite Matt Baca as one of their most accommodating professionals. The service department of the dealership from which I purchased my vehicle indicated an entire new side view mirror ($400+) would be needed. I got a second opinion from Matt. He took a look, made some quick adjustments, and, voila, fully repaired, *and* didnt charge me, and was reluctant to even take a tip. Courteous, honest, professional. One Collision is where I will continue to go.
The liaison Joseph that I was assigned is always helpful and considerate and is the reason for any stars stars instead of 1. Each time I have service here my car is left sitting for days without repair when they said they were ready for me to bring it in. The first time I was given a price of $300 just for around 4 or so chips that I wanted taken care of. It chipped again days later since they didnt seal it. Maybe I am the stupid one because I have gone so many times back to this place. I figured they would do a better job through insurance but I was wrong. After brought in due to an accident my car was kept for longer than should have been. My car was supposed to be cleaned inside and out, vacuumed, etc. as stated by my insurance. Nope, this never happened. The quality of the work done to the damaged area was not bad. But there is room for improvement. If it werent for the attachment to the car dealership on the same lot I dont think they would get business at all.
Brought Car in for some minor but super annoying body damage. Jason took care of it quickly. He was very professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to come back here for any work in the future. Thanks guys!
The best thing about this repair shop was the seamless handling of my car repair from the insurance company to the repair shop to the rental car: they all work in the same office and I barely had to walk 10 feet and all was done. They even drive the rental car up to the door for you.Andrew at Collision One was extremely professional and friendly, and didnt hesitate to contact me with all the info I needed.
The best customer service and body shop work done. The receptionist at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming and the man in charge of the repairs, Matt Baca keeps you updated anytime there is a change. I highly recommend this place for repair!!

Marks colision gave a low ball estimate for my vehicle damage. Geico kept insisting they would make it all up in supplements. Why not just complete estimates right the first time. Shady way to do business. When asked why a 4 wheel drive wheel alignment was estimated at the 2 wheel drive price. I was told GEICO would make it up in there supplements. Great way to get a 1 star review.
I hit a coyote back in November 2015 and brought it to Marks to have it fixed. When I got my car back, the bodywork looked okay, but after a day of driving it to work and back to my house (10 minute drive), the engine temperature warning light came on. I brought it back in and they said they fixed it a second time. When I picked it up in January, the engine was no longer overheating, but I could hear a sloshing noise when I turned on my car and throughout my drive (at stops, turns, etc.). It only got worse as time went on, to the point at which it flooded my engine, so I brought back in again this month (March) because my car was still under warranty. It took a week before I had to call them to check in on the progress. They fixed the engine flooding, but when I asked them about the original problem, the guy didnt even remember what I had told him about it. I guess they didnt care to look into it further, because they only topped off my coolant and said it was fixed a third time. After four months, my car still isnt fixed properly (continues making that sloshing noise) and has been getting worse since I picked it up this week. The only redeeming quality was the body work, and even that has some issues. I would recommend taking your car elsewhere. Disappointed.

This was by far the worst experience I have had with a collision repair garage. What was supposed to be a two day, simple repair turned out to be over two weeks of frustration! Everyone in the shop from the manager to the estimator, to the actual technicians were extremely unprofessional and took a didnt care attitude. They would ignore my calls to check on the status of my vehicle to the point that I had to take time off work to see what was happening. They were defensive and down right rude as they did not appreciate my showing up unexpectedly. This was a clear case of a shop taking advantage of the insurance company for extended labor they claimed was required.I strongly suggest you avoid this shop and look for other alternatives! It is all about them and how much they can get out of the insurance company. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company and they are certainly looking into this matter.Stay away!

Worst service ever!! They are not capable of doing the job I picked my car up it had over Spray all over it they didnt even offer to buff it out. We had to complain about it. Engine light turned on the day of pick up. Light came on when they drove it out to us. Light comes on the next day and Matt informs me he has no time to fix it but spent 30 min on the phone arguing with me and threatening me. Worst company ever. Matt has no customer service skills and no back bone. He could not even swallow his little pride to say we made a mistake bring it back in. He also told me to shut up. He should not even be working with customers.. a month with my car and now I have to take it to a real shop to get more work done!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! SERVICE VERY HORRIBLE!!
Took car in for repairs and they fixed it, seemingly but they did more damage to my trim, and left over spray on my windscreen and glass.over spray on 3/4 of car
Worst place to get body work done went to have my bumper fix and painted and left with more damage on the body and the paint came out pretty bad have bubbles everywhere. And customer service was one of the worst. Front desk reseption was rude and had her personal head phone in the whole time. And when I asked for anything the responses where rube. Probably one of the worst experiences with a collis company. I would not recommend using this company
Great service and quick repairs. Did miss little things, always recommend checking everything before leaving.
First, they kept my car for over a month and could not (or would not) actually tell me that. After the original finish date came and went, they kept saying, Should just be another day or two, and did that for nearly 2 extra weeks.Then on top of that, they left some kind of screw or bolt or something loose on my axle. It started rattling really loudly when I would drive it and when I took it to a competent mechanic to look out, they said that it could have been really dangerous if I had let it go for much longer.So they kept my car for two more weeks than they originally estimated, continually lied to me about when it would be ready, and then left my car in an unsafe condition when I finally got it back. Will never go back to Collision One again.
They were really good. On time and my vehicle looked as if I didnt back up into a fee box.
I am truly embarrassed for referring them for repairs. Had to bring his vehicle back for a noise, pull and steering wheel issue related to the accident. After all repairs were completed he had a problem with atire that was clearly damaged from the repair work performed. We have spoken to the body shop and to the owner. I am completely disappointed in the response and decision they have made!! Never using this repair facility again!!
Highly recommend getting an estimate from this Auto Body Shop. I received the lowest rate compared to 6 other collision centers within the Albuquerque area and their friendly service was beyond excellent. My husband and I are extremely happy with the repairs and we would return there for any future body damage if need be.
So.. i drive a performance car. I was hit on mt tire and was worried about strut/alignment of the whole wheel, also the side skirt of the car popped off. The car cost me about 42,000$. So i expressed that i wanted the wheel to be perfect, it was my main concern. When I went to pick up the car the side skirt was still popping off and looked like crap. Their main concern was my paint. The paint still has waves on it, and now about 4 months later my whole rim is 1.5inches unaligned... the car pulls to the left now. I hate shops that cut corners just to make more profit. I would never return to this place. If your car means anything to you, this isnt the place you want to take it.

Incompetent and over confident collision center. If I could give negative stars I would. They had my vehicle for right around a month and I continue to have issues. I always gave them plenty of time and never called to check on progress. I figure these are professionals, they know what theyre doing so as long as it takes to get it done right. Well, after several return visits for the same issues I realize these clowns are anything but pros. The guy acts like im crazy yet every other place I have taken my vehicle says the (mechanical) problems i am having are not normal. After i picked up my vehicle for paint and body work both sides now have an orange peel texture and swirl marks all over. This includes parts they werent even supposed to touch. The paint doesnt match the rest of the vehicle now and I have a brand new car that looks like someones weekend paint experiment. If you like having a beautiful paint job dont go here. If you like your paint to have ripples and your clear coat to be burnt from being over buffed go to this place. I could have done a better job myself. Now im going to have to pay over $6000 to get the entire car repainted and i will be without my vehicle for probably another month. Learn from my mistake and avoid this place at all costs or you will regret it!

Quality of the repair for a minor fender bender was good. It took a week and a half, I am guessing they were waiting on parts.

We brought our Chrysler 300 back to have the paint touched up fading and chipping from a previous job they did, when we got the car back it was very dirty and had several scratches all over and someone wrecked front of the car..... when we pointed it out we were told he would have to check the surveillance first before he could Order parts and fix it, therefore we were told to take the car and he will contact us when he found out more information...... we will never do business again with this company/ dealership.Mike
Left bonding agent on the car, also received back with other parts not working. Was told its an Act Of God. Wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone in town.
