It was looking like a great experience at first, I had a scheduled appointment to get an estimate and had planned on getting my vehicle towed there the day of the scheduled appointment which I told them was a possibility. The day of the appointment I called to confirm my scheduled appointment and to notify them I was indeed getting my vehicle towed there, but was then told they weren’t taking any towed vehicles for 2 weeks. I had been in contact with Quanz for about a week and wasn’t notified of this change. Even if the change happened the day of my appointment, I wasn’t notified through email or phone. It was a great waste of time and effort. If they had just let me know and notify me, I would not be upset but because I had to call them and find out myself, I was very upset!

I’m surprised by the lack of quality of work from this shop as I have thought for years that they were the best. Bolts half way loose, Zip ties, no attempts at proper fit and damage to my vehicle from the work they did. I called to attempt to have them correct the issue and I was promised a call back the same day, a week later, no call back, very disappointed.

Quanz repaired extensive damage to my vehicle from a collision accident. The staff was very nice and friendly, contacted me often and finished the job sooner than I expected. Not only were the aftermarket parts replaced with OEM for the same price, the body work, painting and mechanical work were done beautifully and with very high quality. They even detailed my car inside and out. I’m very happy with Quanz and will recommend them to anyone who needs repair.

My experience with your company has been great beginning with the adjuster Brandon he was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to get my car in in a timely manor. Now Gail, I first spoke with her by phone, she was super friendly and helpful also very knowledgeable she put my mind a ease as this process was new to me, and she continued to be helpful all the way to the end. Also the gentleman who brought my car around for me, was very accommodating sorry I cant remember his name, he should be recognized as well. Everyone I dealt with had excellent customer service. Quanz did a fine job on a minor body repair. They completed the work in a timely fashion, kept me informed of the work progress and returned my car cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. I cant comment on price as they are the only Tesla approved body shop that I could find, but I dont think the cost was out of line for what was done.

Trusted Quanz with the repair of our 2021 Elantra hybrid after we were hit in a parking lot in Taos by who knows who. Had to wait as they were quite busy and for good reason. Quanz is the best shop I’ve ever dealt with. Professional, courteous, and caring and a full detail after the repair. I hope I never have to but I will always take any repairs to Quanz.

I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of Quanz. My experience with auto service shops hasnt been great in the past and this has changed that. We had a damaged mirror from a hit and run and Quanz worked directly with our insurance to match the quote, got us scheduled, and in and out in an afternoon. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful and I didnt feel as if anyone was trying to take advantage of me as I have with past shops. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone give Quanz a try.

Took my car in to get repaired from a fender bender. The guys did an amazing job! I was told about 3 days for repair; they were done in 24 hrs. Car looks brand new. If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I would. Definitely recommend and will definitely use them again if and when needed.

Quanz was always our mechanic of choice, so I knew exactly where I wanted to go when it came to bodywork on my vehicle. They were so helpful and timely on repair. Quanz is not real big on communication with the customer. I continually had to contact them as to status of parts and theyve had my vehicle for three weeks and they have never contacted me once. Im not sure if its done or not

Quanz repaired my car after a car accident. They were great at communicating with me and my insurance throughout the process and provided excellent customer service. After the repair was done, they noticed some minor damage that occurred while it was in the shop. Rather than trying to hide it or bill my insurance, they immediately let me know, and repaired the damage at no cost. Very honest business that provides amazing service. I will definitely use them again in the future.

There was delay bec of the difficulty getting Tesla parts, but Quanz did a SUPERB job with repairs and restoring our almost new Tesla to perfection again. A huge relief. These folks are GREAT to work with: they were in touch regularly to update progress and inevitably friendly. Can’t ask for better. If you have to have body work and rebuilding essential parts done, these are the folks to do it!

I took my 2015 Durango in for some body work and a wheel alignment. Jopy the technician said he did the wheel alignment and cradle shift and stated that it could not be aligned due to worn parts... so I picked up my vehicle and noticed creaking. I Brought it back to get it inspected and the tech. DID NOT TIGHTEN THE CRADLE BOLTS OR ANY WHEEL ALIGNMENT BOLTS/NUTS!!!!!!!! When it was all said and done glen stated that they are a body shop..... absolutely pathetic. They are just lucky I didnt file a law suit on them.

I had collision repair done at the Rio Rancho, NM Hwy 528 Frontage Road location. Another party damaged my car and their insurance sent me a check for less than half the amount of the cost of repair. Quanz recovered the remaining amount to repair the damage. They picked up and delivered my car due to the pandemic. The car looks great. The paint is perfectly matched, there is no evidence of a dent, the electronic diagnostic was completed so my cars features are working. Gail, Raul, and Glen ensured everything was taken care of and that my needs were met.

I had hail damage to the hood of my car and they were able to get all of the work done 2 days early. Marcos had great communication on the status of my repair!

Would have liked to receive a phone call letting me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. I received a voicemail on Friday that was hard to understand but never received a call on Monday saying my car was ready. I finally called and that’s when I was told it had been ready since Friday. Long story short, more follow up on calling customer if you do not actually talk with them would be nice.

I hit a deer while traveling on the interstate, took out the entire front end of my truck. I was concerned about the truck being restored to “like new” condition and I was concerned about how long it was going to take. Mostly because I needed a rental car and wasn’t sure how long insurance would cover. Quanz was able to squeeze me in, they did a great job on the vehicle, and returned the truck to me a week earlier than expected. While they had it I was told by several people that I had made a great choice and I definitely wasn’t disappointed. I brought in my car to be repaired from a hit and run...picked it up and the key was missing the lock button and they said they couldnt replace it because they werent sure if it was there fault or I brought it in like that, which I didnt. I let that go even though I was a little disappointed in Quanz being that they are supposed to be the best. Then I was really upset and angry when I went to start my car and it didnt start. IT DID NOT HAVE BATTERY ISSUES OR PROBLEMS STARTING BEFORE BEING BROUGHT HERE. This was my first time here, it was below my expectations and Ill NEVER use their services again. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PLACE, I WOULD SUGGEST NOT USING QUANZ FOR ANY AUTOMOBILE NEEDS
