I own an older Honda Civic and I like that sometimes the dealer has the right part for a good price. Parts dept. Outstanding except for the grumpy old man at the parts counter on Saturday.

This was my first experience with Garcia Hondas service department since buying my CR-V in March, so I didnt know what to expect. I brought my car in because it was time for an oil change, which was free. Tristan helped me and told me it was time to rotate the tires, which was also free. The plug for my cell phone had shorted out and they fixed that, as well. While he was checking me in, I showed him something that had gotten stuck on my window by my grandson, just to see if I could get a suggestion of how to get it off. When I got my car back, they had fixed that also. All for no charge. Tristan was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use Garcia Hondas service department again.

The Service Department is greatly improved over a year ago. Service advisors listen to you to determine the problem with the vehicle and get the process moving quickly. When work is completed they call to let you know. They provide a free multi-point inspection including tires, lights, battery, etc., and a car wash.

They didnt have the part I was looking for in stock and it was severely overpriced compared to what I could get online, even with shipping and handling tacked on. The person behind the counter was helpful and friendly.

I was greated warmly the moment I arrived. The shop is spotless!Staff was polite and curtous. They allowed me extra time to unload my medical equipment. I never felt rushed. Communication was clear and costs were fully explained. I had a five star customer experance today.

Got an oil change and tire rotation. Good, quick, and courteous service. Had a coupon which saved a few bucks.
