Ordered a Radio system for my 2016 civic. The source car was from a 2019 civic. The radio in the picture that was posted on their website was in pristine condition. However when it arrived, I was secretly disappointed. Why would anyone wrap the radio, with a screen in just bubble wrap and put it in a large box to tumble around during shipping? When I opened the box, all but one air bubble bag was popped. It was just tumbling inside a box that was 3 times the size of the radio!Does it work? Yes! Is it all scratched up? You bet! Was it packaged securely and protected? NOT AT ALL!

My experience here with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I am a customer service specialist. The part I ordered was wrong when it arrived. I called and it was blamed on an inexperienced rep. I was immediately sent to his voicemail. He still hasn’t replied. I was sent to his voicemail 2 more times. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was sent to his voicemail again. I was never asked if I wanted his voicemail. I was rudely sent. I will never use lkq again.
Went here as an owner operator looking for work, although they couldnt help me at this point, they atleast gave me information for a possible call bk thanks guys for helping someone hungry....

I ordered and paid on EBay for local pickup. They refused to supply the part unless I paid more money! They showed no interest in keeping a customer. I will not be back and i will pass the word. Hoping that customer opinion still has meaning...

I got a rim for my car, it turned out I needed a new tire not a rim so I took it back for a refund. Got the rim end of august. Took it back for a return the following week because I went out of town that was the first week of September I returned it...It says up to 30 days for a check refund. No problem Im patient. Come middle of october never got the refund. Called again they said we sent it after arguing with the guy for a while thinking I was lying about it he sent me to another person to talk to, said the address and everything was good and that she would void the first check and send it, Again up to another month but we should get it. Its now December and I still havent gotten my refund back. I followed all the right rules of return within thirty days but now its a pain to get my refund back.
So my experience with them is not the best. Yes they have a descent price however customer service is horrible! I paid for my part on a Friday and was told it would probably take until Tuesday to receive my window due to there being a lot of orders so I said ok fine no problem I was told as soon as the window was ready they would call me ; boy was that a big lie! So Monday came and went no problem they told me Tuesday morning. Tuesday came an I figured maybe they have some bigger problems or whatever I’ll call in the afternoon no worries . So I attempted to call them about 20 times Im not even joking I even used many different phones thinking maybe mine is acting up, nope they’re just lazy and won’t answer. So I call early Wednesday an I have to call 10 times before I get through after being sent to voice mail an having them hang up as soon as they pick up . However I get through an I asked if I my window was in yet an this guy was like yeah it’s been ready since Monday . At that point I almost wanted to say shove the window where the sun don’t shine but whatever . I’m definitely a dissatisfied customer an won’t come back again! For the wait you might as well go to u-pull-it if they had my wind I would have trust me!

Customer Service is TERRIBLE and they just lie!!!I bought a transmission for my vehicle several days before Christmas. I asked if they could ship it within the city and they told me it would be there the next day. The transmission piece didnt get their until 3 days later. I was car-less for Christmas. I called and asked for a partial refund due to the inconvenience and he said they can remove $100 off of my card. Keep in mind this was in December of 2016. We are now February 2017 and I still havent got my refund. I called many times to ask when I am getting $100 credited back to my account and the guy continuously said it should be back by the end of the week. I called on February 10, 2017 and I got the same story. I asked the guy how long is this going to take, a year? And the guy hung up on me! I called back and he said he thought our conversation was over. I didnt know thats how business worked. You can hang up on people whenever you feel like it I guess. I will never recommend anyone to do business with these liars!

The guys helping you where great but i ordered a part was told it would be in in 3 days part wasnt there was told part would be there in 4 more days part wasnt there was told part would be there in 5 more days part wasnt there finaly part showed up next day havent totaly looked it over yet but i already dont like the feel of the ball joint sure doesnt feel like a 15k used part but we will see

My wife and I Showed up on a Friday evening at 4:55 pm amd was told they were closed already. Five minutes early?? Asked to speak to a manager and explained I had driven 50+ miles for our part in the car we were in. In the meantime the car blew the radiator hose in the parking lot.yea I know great luck.the manager explained to us at 5:08 pm that ALL THE COMPUTERS LOCK THEMSELVES DOWN AT 5:00 PM On The nose and walked away as i was patching the car blasting fluid all over the place. As i proceded to fix the car all the employees drove right by us on the way out of the parking lot!! Not only are these people liars, they have not a clue of customer service.Eh 💨 me fukkers

My order went through but when I went to pick it up they said it wasnt there and they had to cancel it and order another replacement. The replacement was $200 cheaper though, so 4 stars.
I ordered a part,I went to pick it up and it was the wrong part. They would not work with me on a replacement,in order to get a new part they wanted me to pay shipping. Ultimately they said they couldnt help me.
