Jay is the best mechanic we’ve found in 20 years. Our 2012 Traverse was having AC problems and several mechanics had given up on it. Jay was able to get our AC running better than ever at a very affordable price. He’s polite and professional and dedicated. We will never go anywhere else!

Jay, the owner, is hands down the best mechanic I’ve ever had. He’s honest, hard working and knowledgeable. My daughter’s Jeep Wrangler had an engine failure as a result of negligence stemming from an oil change she received at a national chain. Jay discovered the problem and advocated on our behalf, showing evidence of the negligence which led to the chain service station paying for an engine replacement. Jay assisted throughout the entire process and also did the work to find and replace the motor. Not many people today go the extra mile for their customers, but Jay does. I recommend him to everyone I know.

Great experience. My previous mechanic didnt install my shocks correctly, and even though an appointment is required, I showed up without one, and my problem was fixed same day. Reasonably priced, and the car is running like a dream now. Definitely my new go-to mechanic in Albuquerque now

We went to 3 different shops for our A/c most places wanted to charge over 500 I heard so many different things and javis fixed it within an hour and it’s like new again! I definitely recommend!

The name says it all, when i dropped off my car i had no worries about the repairs. I knew that they would take care of my car. They go above and beyond on every job they do. Thank you for getting me back up and running.

Charged me $100 to tell me I was leaking oil from the valve cover gasket and quoted me $675 to fix it..turns out it was actually leaking from an oil pressure sensor and it cost me $80 to fix it. Too bad I ended up paying someone $400 to fix a valve cover gasket that wasnt actually broken. Be careful. Get a 2nd opinion.

Going to “No Worries Auto Repair” was by far the very best experience I could’ve ever asked for. This is a five star automotive for sure. I had my car looked at by two different automotive shops. One company quoted me just under 4000.00. I didnt get the work done, but was charged 300.00 for the diagnostic. One issue was the ac. Was told I needed a new compressor. When i took it to No Worries Complete Automotive, they wanted to check before they put in a new compressor. They checked the pressure and did a thorough job of checking it out. Turned out all i needed was a new clamp on a hose and they found a frayed wire connection and fixed it. Ac runs better than ever and all under 300.00 including diagnostic and a day worth of labor. Will definitely take it back in for rest of the work. Also, I needed the car back that evening, and they delivered!!!

Ive taken my cars to these guys several times over the last six months, and have been absolutely satisfied every time. The owners understand what top notch customer service is about. Without exception, the price has been reasonable, theyve done the work very quickly, usually in a day or so, and the repairs have been done satisfactorily. I know I can trust them even with difficult jobs. They are people that I totally trust.

Great service and honest. We rolled into their station telling them that we would need a full on air conditioning job, replacing the condenser. They inspected the system and came back to tell us that it was a far less expensive fix. We didnt know any better and would have paid more. We were so appreciative of their honest work. These men were so great! I approached them with intentions of purchasing and placing a AC compressor @ a more then 800 dollar cost to my self (based on the incorrect diagnosis payed for elsewhere!) Amazing customer service! They are super fast and for an amazing price I went in there for an oil leak (was a simple fix) and they also fixed my battery terminal from being loose and put new power steering fluid at no extra charge. All was done in an hour. AMAZING PEOPLE.

Absolutely wonderful services provided here! A couple of months ago my brakes stopped working mid drive home from work and luckily No Worries was the first auto shop I came across. I am so glad I found them because they fixed my car up on the spot for a reasonable price and were extremely kind and personable to me. I stopped by again today for an oil change and was once again treated with respect, kindness, and wonderful service. I honestly cant recommend these folks enough. Very honest and educated mechanics. I took my truck in and was felt welcomed as soon as I walked threw the door. They did a diagnostic in less then an hour and showed me the problem before they did anything to my truck and had it running in no time and my truck run like a champ thank you jay, Larry and Anthony all good certified technicians.

No worries took the challenge of swapping out my engine on a 2006 Toyota Tundra. They did it fast and were very easy to deal with. Very happy so far with their service. The new owners have great customer service.

Great all around shop they have been able to service a couple of my vehicles on a regular basis quickly and affordable. Although my vehicles are newer I’m always tearing them up needing alignments tire rotations oil changes I’ve seen them doing heavyline work while I been there. They have never tried ripping me off and have even came to jump a battery for me at my house insurance was going to take forever they got to me in 10min! Thanks for everything

I had a bad clicking noise coming from the front right tire. 2 shops now and no one can fix the issue. I go into No Worries Auto shop on Lomas & Washington across from Starbucks and the guy says no worries we can fix it in a jiff. They told me the issue, they said you can go grab a coffee so I did and by the time I was finished with my coffee it had been fixed. 2 weeks later Im a happy camper! They fixed our AC quickly and got it blowing super cold. They were very honest and our bill ended up being less than the estimate because they didnt end up working on it as long as they had thought, so they took labor charges off. We had a very good experience here.

Good, quick and friendly service. Needed to have my headlight bulbs replaced. Jay showed me the damage done by a prior auto service location who had actually broke the headlight. While he was completing the work he also added in a headlight restoration for me free of charge.

Needed to replace my plates and the bolts were seized from rust! I stopped in to see what they could do for me. They had the bolts out in less than a minute and didn’t even charge me! Great customer service, would go again!

Paid 150 for an AC repair, which was warranted. The very next day ac was not working again. Took it in and they wanted another 100 just to diagnose. Finally took to a real mechanic how said there was a hole in the hose. This was supposedly what was fixed. They refused to take responsibility, the mechanic refused to allow me to talk to the owner. I ended up calling the attorney general to file a consumer complaint and they lied to the attorney general saying they made me an offer and I refused, which was a complete lie. They refused to put the offer in writing when asked by the attorney general. This place is a complete scam. Please do not waste your hard earned money on this place and warn your friends and family.

HORRIBLE OWNERSHIP.ZERO STARS. Just went to go get an oil change yesterday and today my car was making a rattling noise the noise when my car is low on fuel. So today I check the oil level on my car and there was absolutely NO oil in my car. I had to go buy extra oil so that my engine wouldnt blow. I am pissed. This guy said he was one of the owners and was willing to let my engine blow. Because I am a woman I guess he thought he could take advantage of that. I really cant believe this. What a business.

This place is great! I needed new brakes and I was able to have my car looked at and work done the same day with no appointment! The new owners were there and available to answer any of my questions. It was pleasure to talk with them and know my car was in the right hands.

I know that none of us enjoy having to get car repairs done. It seems that as time passes, there has been an incredible loss of integrity, interest in excellence, honesty, customer service, and above all FAIR prices. So, when I found that I needed some simple, and some not so simple work done on my 2006 PT Cruiser, I contacted No Worries Automotive Repair - hey, I had passed them a gazillion times, always wondered about them, and was completely tired of paying my hard earned meager retirement income to those big box repair places such as Jiffy Lube - and also wanted to support locally owned business ventures. Immediately, I just needed an oil and filter change - made more interesting due to the stuck hood latch, but was also looking to get some pretty major front end work done. I went to their website - found it attractive and useful - especially the quote tool that links to FB. I am a HUGE tech supporter, and was impressed by what I saw/used. And to my amazement, I got a response via my FB Messenger within 30 minutes. I made and appointment. Today, I took my car in - met Jay (owner) and Larry (AWESOME mechanic) - not only did they unstick the hood latch (boy - I wouldve NEVER found the problem, but Larry quickly did so!), complete the oil and filter change, SHOW me what my cars front end needed (I had gotten a BS diagnosis from Brake Masters), provide me with a GREAT quote on my planned front-end repairs, but Jay took the time to give me some history of the business. Everyone I ran into there was cheerful and friendly. I actually left smiling!THANK YOU NO WORRIES AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR. I brought my Ford Ranger into them because we were having a gas leak and having some problems with the truck jerking on occasion when we would try to step on the gas. We were told that it was probably the fuel filter and paid $100 to change it out. Not more then two days later, the gas leak returned and this time it was even worse. The jerking was still happening.When we brought the truck back to find out what was going on, we were told that the fuel pump was going out and that it would cost $200 just to drop the gas tank and find out. WOW! Really? If the fuel pump was out, it wouldnt even start. My radar went up immediatly.So I took it to a real mechanic and found out that the leak had been coming from a cracked gas tank, something that should have been seen the first time it came in - before I shelled out $100 for the filter to be replaced. What a rip off!!!

THIS SHOP DOESNT DESERVE ONE STAR. Keep driving and find another shop .This place is horrible in service and with a simple diagnostic. I own a business and will never take my vehicles here again. They should not be in business. This shop is a joke .

Looking for a new shop for our family after a wonderful 12-year relationship with a shop that was going out of business. Arrived at 1:00 pm. OPEN sign was lit. Door was locked. Door lettering said they were open all day. Tried to call; got no answer. I was about to leave at 1:10 when some guys finally showed up in a souped-up car. They seemed annoyed that I was there, cooling my heels. I pointed out the OPEN sign and the lettering on the door that said they were open all day. One belligerent turkey said so what -- didnt you eat lunch when you used to work? He acted pissed, and like he was looking for a fight. This was clearly not the place for me. Big Worries lost thousands of dollars worth of ongoing long-term business. Surly, crabby, insolent bastard to this 78-year-old just looking for help and an opportunity to do business.

Went in due to suspension problems and was told to rack and pionon. I had it fixed and it was till having the same problem so I took it back and then they said oh the power steering then. So I had the fixed AND still not the problem! Come to find out it was what I thought it was all along! The tie rode ends. Spent 42$ for multiple wrong diagnoses. And more because I could have saved not paying for a new rack and pinion and steering pump!!!!!!!!!!
