I had a huge vase of white roses and another separate of red roses delivered to our house the day before Valentines because I knew she would be so surprised,..She thought she was going to have an uneventful day of working from home. Bang! Another super home run from Peoples Flowers,...YOU Rock and YOU make me look so good. The element of surprise is so sweet.

Peoples Flowers has been an important link in my family’s ability to gift our far-flung folks for many years. My Mom especially enjoyed her flowers in Arizona. Our kids in Oregon and siblings in Illinois are often on the receiving end of orders placed in NM. Peoples staff call me with updates. They bring me flowers too! It brightens my weeks. Peoples Flower Shop has always provided me with top notch flower bouquets for my friends and family. They are professional and their work is beautiful and timely.

The two woman who work at the downtown location are incredibly rude and made me feel like I wasn’t welcome. I called before I came in and one of them told me not to come in because they close at five. It was only 350 when I called. I went in anyway and they did not want to help me and had already closed the shop. If your sign say says open til five then that’s what this company should give the customer. Both woman were on their phones and refused good customer service. Very short and disrespectful. If you need to be done at 4 pm then find another job that closes at 4 pm. I have been a long time customer and have spent a lot of money on flowers for anniversaries wedding birthdays etc. Not sure I will spend my money here anymore.

I ordered and had delivered 2 flower arrangement this week for friends that have lost loved ones this week. the flowers were delivered on time and they are quite beautiful. Grateful to have a local flower shop in Albuquerque.

The Flower arrangements were beautiful. My only complaint is 2 calla lillies did not hold up. They were very limp, the morning after I picked them up. I did order them late to avoid the heat. They were kept in a refrigerated room. But beautiful work.

Fantastic service! I received a photo of the arrangement that was sent and was not satisfied with the way it looked. After speaking to Nicole in Customer Service and sending her the photo, a new arrangement was delivered within a couple of hours. The new arrangement is absolutely beautiful and it was a pleasure dealing with Nicole. Will definitely be recommending Peoples!

Ordered flowers for my parents 67th anniversary. There were 2 dozen beautiful, fresh roses. They made my mother very happy.

I ordered a same day delivery to AZ. E-mails came back confirming order had been placed, etc. Then I get a call saying the order would be at least $20 more; which I approved because I wanted/needed flowers to be delivered on Friday. This is the conversation that followed: so these will go out tomorrow Me: no, I ordered them for today, tomorrow is too late. PF: Well its now too late to get them out today. Me: Well then they have to be there before 9:00 in the morning because kids leave for funeral at 9:00. PF: Oh no, that isnt possible, florist doesnt even open until 9:00. Me: Then just cancel and I will find someone that wants my business. Which I did! And flowers were delivered by 6 that night - GO FIGURE! This is not the first time something like this has happened and the quality of the flowers being delivered my last couple of orders have not been as high quality and fresh as in previous years. So I will think hard before I trust Peoples to handle my flower needs from now on.I do thank you for your excellent service through the years up until 2018. 2018, was not so good and 2019 has really put a damper in my trust of Peoples.Betty

A native Albuquerque now residing in San Diego, the other flower shop never delivered the flowers to a family member who had a procedure I could not be tnere for physically. It was important to me to show my love for my family member-I ordered flowers at 8pm Tuesday and they were delivered by 11am the next day! Thank you for helping me out. I had flowers delivered to my mom and mom in law and both arrangements were perfect. Even more, my mom has a walker and limited mobility, so I had asked the delivery to be left in her the entry, they called her when they arrived with the flower to let her know they were there and she told the delivery driver she could get to the door. The delivery driver also brought in another package and helped her get the flowers arranged. Above and beyond ❤️

They wrote the persons name wrong had to call and have that changed they wrote the address wrong went to the wrong place instead of calling me they called the person it was being delivered to ruined the surprise if you use these people better go over everything twice

The store on Candelaria had just what I had ordered ready the morning after I ordered it late at night. When I asked they got a box to keep it from falling over in the car, and lined it with green tissue paper, so it looked nice. And that was just the reaction I got from the friend I took the flowers to. He said, Youre nice! Peoples always comes through.

I walked down to order flowers for a woman who had just lost her father. Your staff was wonderful. They allowed me to go into the cooler and pick the flowers I wanted and talk about what I wanted the arrangement to look like. They were understanding and talked with me at length about what I wanted the arrangement to look like. (I didn’t want it to look “arranged”, but more like something you would pick.) When I called today to make sure we were on the delivery schedule, they were able to tell me what hour block I was in and the flowers arrived just a few minutes later!The flowers came today and they were stunning and perfect. I couldn’t have imagined a better outcome. Your staff is amazing.

I ordered an expensive floral arrangement for a funeral that cost approximately $291.00. It contained roses, lilies, and orchids. Many of the roses were wilting when they arrived and rose buds were bent . The orchids were already browning. I was disappointed.
