This is the second time I have dealt with fergusons. The first time being 12 years ago. Joseph was more than accommodating and really helped me not only make sure that i would have my new stove in time for thanksgiving, but also showed me how I could still get everything I wanted and save a lot of money. if I ever need kitchen appliances or anything for my bathrooms I will definitely be going back.

Rae is wonderful! She knows the product lines very well, and she worked hard to help me get the exact style I was looking for. It was refreshing to get such excellent customer care.

I went for new kitchen lights and appliances, and I received a project board setup on the computer where I was told I can go home and search for lights than save the ones I want, I could of done that on my own, its call Pinterest! I wanted to see what the lights would look like not a picture of them. Angie told me they only have display of chandeliers. Than she asked about appliances. I figured ok she will take me around the showroom, NOPE setup another project board on the computer, and told me to search again. I received better service at the big box stores, at least they pointed out features. Save your self the time go elsewhere, or setup a board on Pinterest and google away.

Our sales person is Angie, the customer service has been non-existent. I have had to call, email, call, email for updates on when our bathroom tub, tub filler and rough-in will be here. Because our sales person did not call and check on things, the time frame she gave us was not accurate. and my entire bathroom has been stripped down, in fact I have open dirt in a 6x8 ft space for almost a month. I finally contacted management, they did respond and were very understanding of our frustration, Angie got our parts in...finally. I am hopeful our experience is not the normal as a Realtor for 17 years, I have been sending folks here for their bathroom, appliance and lighting need.

Very rare these days - Great Customer Service.We were experiencing a problem with our store order at Fergusons, so, I went in and asked to speak to the store manager. George immediately came out to meet me. George then proceeded to courteously and promptly resolve our problem.I was impressed by Georges sincere commitment to Customer Service and can highly recommend Fergusons.

It took a while to replace and get a newer cooktop and I hope yhe new bosch lasts much longer than the old cooktop.

I have been working with Elisa Stone in the Albuquerque branch on my kitchen re-model. She has been great at working through the challenges of a re-model with the added difficulties of covid 19 creating supply issues and non availability of certain items. She has been great to pivot and come up with a new plan when things didnt work as first planned. She has been helpful in directing product choices and making a sometimes overwhelming plethora of choices more manageable. I would happily work with her again.

Ray was awesome! She help us pick everything from a tub to lighting for the remodeling of 2 bathrooms.

We ordered a very expensive Bluestar range from Ferguson. It was delivered with multiple dents. We never should have accepted delivery, but we did. In less than a week it was red tagged by our gas company because it was leaking natural gas and producing carbon dioxide. We have not been able to get it fixed. It has now been 2 weeks since it was red tagged. Ferguson is not very responsive.

Joseph is a great sale associate, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Great products, got exactly what we wanted.

I had to search out an employee, but we were able to order the item I wanted for a good price.

I had a 60 year old bathroom in need of remodeling. Had to have a custom vanity and counter-top built for it, because it needed to match the original one which was only 16 wide. I made the mistake of trying to order the sinks on the internet. Twice I got the wrong sinks in and had to ship them back, at my expense. I finally went to Ferguson with my dilemma, and was greeted at the front counter by three delightful and charming young women. Carly took charge and found me the sinks that would fit and ordered them. Great company to work with. :)

Very knowledgeable sales help and beautiful fixtures

We were so fortunate to work with Tish as she helped us in making choices for our indoor and outdoor lighting, bathroom sinks, toilets, tubs and fixtures. We recently built a new home and she went above and beyond in terms of providing us with a great selection of items to view and choose from, helping us make good choices, and providing the best service possible. She has a great eye for style and design. Tish made our shopping experience enjoyable and fun! She and Theresa, who also was an invaluable resource with our dark sky compliant lighting needs, even came to our house to make suggestions and provide valuable information. They both receive our sincerest thanks! We highly recommend them for their product knowledge, customer kindness, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Theyre the best!!!

My husband and I went to the Ferguson Showroom after hearing such good things about it. When we arrived we were greeted by Kyra Burlingame, however, greeted is an overstatement. She could have cared less about our interests, and did not put much effort into helping us. Instead, she gave us only a slight amount of attention. It is employees like this that give a good company a bad reputation. Were you scraping the bottom of the barrel when you hired Kyra? I would think twice about this decision.

Derick is simply the best. No one works harder for their customers than him. I would shop here anytime because of his hard work!

We are replacing appliances in our home snd always find that Ferguson has better service and comparable prices than big box stores. And i know they will stand behind the products they sell.

Staff was rude and stuck up! It’s sad to see businesses not value every customer. Would never spend a cent here.
