I had some bike shoes that I really liked but didnt have grippy enough rubber resoled. They ordered the vibram sole I wanted and it came out great.

A really great place if you need boot repairs. They did a fantastic job on my Frye boots and returned them to me clean and refurbished. Was disappointed the other day when I dropped in to find some boot laces- no luck there.

This was my first time using this business. I had some seams separating in some expensive and very comfortable shoes. The seams were repaired and the shoes look great. I couldnt be happier. I would definitely recommend this place.

I took a pair of leather knee-high boots for heel cap replacement. The guy was very friendly and professional and the boots were ready when they promised. Ive had the boots for years and they now look awesome, like brand new. I made a comment about how good the shaft looks and he said it was because he conditioned the leather. I didnt even have to pay extra for that and he just did it. So appreciate them! WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Quality boot and shoe repairs. Over 10+ years theyve done numerous (12, 15?) various minor repairs, plus major reconstruction 4 years apart to two different pairs of expensive boots I and others depend on for our lives. Though some more minor repairs seem rather expensive, I have always been pleased with the quality of the work. Some days the owner can be curt, but again, the work for me had always been quality, reliable.

Highly recommended. Extremely satisfied with the result.

Just got my shoes back and they look great. Went in for a heel cap replacement. Wish I had a before and after picture to show, but the shoes were fixed and even cleaned up and polished without me having to ask. Wont take my shoes anywhere else.

Fantastic customer service! I have been taking my shoes, boots to Hoffmantown for decades and would never take them any other place. They are always on time and look like new when I get them back. They have always gone above and beyond. I have a friend that lives in Denver and she will wait to bring her shoes to them when she comes into town.

Had 2 pair of my very favorite heels resoled at another shop, which had been recommended to me by a coworker. Should have been good to go for a long time, but one day was getting out of my car, and tripped over my foot b/c the left sole came off. I was going to return to the same shop, but was recommended to Hoffmantown Shoe. SO glad I went there. Fast. Friendly. And I feel like I wont have the problem of my soles coming off. Oh, and the price was less than the former repair, by half. Go figure.

Very happy and satisfied with the work they did on my 500.00 pair of cowboy boots! They look like new! The have always been friendly and turn out my shoe or boots that I bring in! Im glad they are still around!

I took in a pair of boots that are 8 years old. Scuffed, the heels were going out and there was a small tear in the leather on one toe. I love these boots (and they cost quite a bit) so I didnt really want to just toss them (a well broken in pair of boots is a grand thing, after all).For under thirty dollars Hoffmantown Shoe and Boot repair made them look nearly new. Cleaned, polished, new heels-absolutely stellar! The boots were ready as promised, on time-and frankly I would have paid twice what they charged me for how nice they look.I only took them in on the off chance they might be made somewhat more presentable after all the years of wear and tear-but now they look WONDERFUL. HIGHLY recommended and could not be more pleased!

I don’t usually don’t write reviews, but this was terrible. I walked in with two pairs of shoes to be worked on. Very confrontational and a piss poor attitude from the moment I walked in. No greeting, and felt as if I basically was bothering the guy - very poor service. I just picked up two pairs of shoes and I am so disappointed with the guality of workmanship. I took my shoes in to replace the heels, they now have damage that wasnt there before. My favorite and most comfortable pair is so bad I would be embarrassed wear it outside my home now. The guy that works there is unfriendly and a very sad case. If I could give them minus a star I would. It has been a total negative experience. If you like your shoes dont take the to Hoffmantown Shoe and Boot Repair.

My daughter has a short leg, necessitating a lift on one of her shoes. We took one shoe in about six months ago, and were charged approximately $100.00. Recently, when my wife went to pick up a second shoe, we were charged $225.00 with no advanced notice that prices have gone up. The lifts are a necessity, and at a minimum, we deserved the courtesy of being told the charge would be doubled.

If you want your old boots new again, take them here, very perfecianal people, and the work is amazing

Just outright rude as hell. All I needed was a shoe shine and politely said if he couldn’t do it that I can go somewhere else. He than rudely says when do you need them by? Just sit over there and sit down, I can do them but you’ll have to fu!&en wait. I took my shoes and said never mind. He then said take your fu?!en shoes!!!!

The gentleman I spoke to didnt acknowledge us upon entering. When he finally took the time to come to the counter, I didnt even get my shoe off before recommending a completely new sole and heel. An odd encounter.

So happy with the job they did. They went the extra mile to make my shoes look great!!!!

Dropped off two pairs of boots for resoles. Greeted with a horrible attitude. Called a week or so later to check the status of the repair. Again, greeted with a horrible attitude. I was notified that the boots were ready and got my price...$130. Told him that I would pick up the boots the following week. Again, with the same bad attitude, he tells me, as long as you pick them up insinuating that I wouldnt. I asked him why I wouldnt, and he stated that people dont. The following week I pick up the boots. I found the resoles were mediocre at best. My double stiched boots that I originally purchased for approximately $300 and $600 each are now in my opinion an eyesore due to the extra stitching. The boots now have triple stich lines and need to be repaired

I have been a customer of the Hoffmantown shoe and boot repair since I was 13 years old and I have never been let down by the gentlemen who work there. I remember walking in there with my leather cow girl boots and my dad when I was 13 for my birthday party. I was utterly astounded and glowing when I picked them up two days later! Perfection is the only word I could use!! They made my 13th birthday!! And I assure you I have brought much more expensive shoes there. I always bring my Louis Vuitton brand shoes there to get heels worked on and my husband’s soles; from my tuxedo loafer in suede calf leather ($830) to my husband’s Wilshire Richelieu in suede calf ($700). I followed this company through my leather doc martin boots and leather Brighton purse stage when I was younger and they have never let me down with their polish, quality or service. We have never been welcomed there with anything less than a beaming smile and utter respect. Maybe that’s what makes Albuquerque so “less than worthless,” as you put it, is people with attitudes and false pretenses like you! They have been there for 40 or 50 years now. And I can account for all my friends and family they are the one business you can trust! Thanks Hoffmantown shoe and boot repair, you have my heart and sole! ;-)
