I have been going here to pick up bottles for over 7 years now. I have never had any issues, the refills are reasonably priced and the staff is always helpful and friendly.From what I understand, you can pay extra to have the refills delivered to your house or business if you choose.
Great tasting water! I love the delivery service. I am a fan. I had observed a neighbor getting water delivered and I had inquired, I enjoy the convenience and the great customer service!

I stopped service over two months ago and Culligan of Albuquerque still has not returned my bottle deposit. They keep claiming that the owner is out of town and he is the only one who can refund the money. This is NOT a refund, it is NOT their money, it is a return of a deposit.I stopped service because the water tasted like tap water. The Primo brand pre-filled bottles from the market are much better.
Some employees are really nice, some aren’t that kind. Also they sometimes close a little earlier than they should so keep that in mind if you’re trying to get there right before closing.My last trip we came a little before closing and the desk lady was very snippy. I told her we needed at least four bottles of water but my grandma was coming in from the car and that she might want more. She was like “well how many?!” I told her again at least 4 and when my grandma came ( probably 10 more seconds) she might say more. She got mad again and said she needed to know now! So I ran outside to ask my grandma, seriously it took as long as if we would’ve waited for her to reach the door.
Love the water but theyre stingy with how many bottles they will give at a time. We are a large call center, who are new account holders with Culligan, and we ran out of water, but our next delivery is 24 hours away. Even though theyre just down the street, they wont move our delivery to today. Unfortunate because now participants are reconsidering Culligan as an option.
I was a customer of Culligan for several years and no problem until several months ago. The water began tasting FOUL, and it only got worse, it had a horrible smell and even worse taste and not fit for drinking. When I called to cancel, they KNEW ABOUT THE TAINTED WATER AND HAD NOT NOTIFED ME OR ANY CUSTOMER.It is not two months later and I have not received my refund for the full bottles I returned and my deposit on all of the 7 bottles. I just called and the owner is out of town so I will still have to wait to receive refund for at least 2 more weeks.BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND TAINTED PRODUCT.
So, when are you going to stop being lazy, sexist, rude, and actually do your job? Maybe that should be your New Year’s resolution. Because you’re pretty much garbage.
