Very nice store and area to walking around and shop !

Amazing customer service. I mailed a broken tent pole into the warranty repair department and they sent me back new poles within two weeks.

Went in to get a nice pair of gloves for my son to be able to make snowballs with. Left with the gloves and a nice jacket/coat for me.The salesman was helpful and courteous. He checked the stock room to make sure they didnt have fully waterproof gloves in stock. The pair we brought home are water resistant and have capacitive touch, so my son is super happy about that.My ancient coat that Ive been wearing off and on for better than a decade has been replaced with a sleek, better fitting and warmer number. Im excited to wear it tomorrow and Im not the type of person that generally gets excited about clothing.

I am always in uptown, and I love this store, the staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere of the whole uptown area is just pleasant all around!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service in the store, until time to check out, when the companys lack of technology just kind of snacks you...why on Earth should anybody have to enter a super long coupon code from an email? Make it scannable! And if my Peak Rewards code is in your system, really, I should only have to confirm my email, not type it again. But that is not the fault of the staff. They were great!

Staff is so friendly and helpful in finding exactly what I needed. The thing about North Face is some of it is pretty technical as far as specifications but at the end of the day you will have something youre almost always satisfied with. Location was clean and workers were knowledgeable in the product

North Face has good quality clothing but at a high price. I never see decent sales. Their fall brown colors are pretty cool this year.

Dont buy into the materialistic consumer brand name mentality. Employees were nice but the whole idea of paying this kind of money for mediocre goods as a status symbol made me sick

Five stars for the North Face brand and quality I used to work there myself years ago and they are by far in my mind the number one outdoor especially cold weather or rain run Hike Snow and a few others they are absolutely 6 out of 5 Stars the only reason I didnt write them four or five stars is because the customer service is absolutely horrible over here now they just act as if theyre bothered by you when you come in the female manager who works there very rude. I went in with my girlfriend new who is part native Part White and part Hispanic and we were followed around the store and I actually stopped and had to talk to them and tell them look I dont know whats going on here but I have never had this experience before and I feel like this is racial discrimination because until I brought my girlfriend in here youve never treated me this way is it because Im a nicely dressed white man with a clean cut beard and a nice haircut? To that there was no answer it was no sir were just trying to make sure to give you the best customer service possible. Regrettingly I still bought $390 worth of well to jackets but still my point is even when I worked there theres always been a very very large racial tension anytime someone who wasnt dressed well very well as in suit and tie or looked like they had a lot of money and were White in some other way they were not helped while they were just watched questions arent answered with any kind of seriousness only just suffice and not get trouble with home office. The funniest part is the people who stole the most were white. This is something youll deal with anywhere in uptown though even if you are white and you dont look amazing that day like you got ready to go buy a shirt LOL like you were getting ready to go on a date just so you could go buy a pair of jeans or whatever theyre going to look at you like what are you doing here what do you want? Which is so ridiculous because most of those people are a lot of them have thousands of dollars in their pocket ready to spend if they would have genuine customer service they would do so much better with numbers. Im surprised the store stays open the past 4 years every time I visited the only time Ive seen another person in the store was during the summer sale when it was 50% off of sale and it was one other person just browsing. Two Associates running the entire store also so they must have very little payroll meaning theyre not making money so they should really in my opinion try a different approach. When West was the manager there and Jamie they did community outreach programs donations all types of things because that is a very big part of the VF Corporation they love to give back so this company also could be hosting fundraisers for nonprofits they have a budget for donations every year and they have a budget for their own advertisement locally and a budget for it events as well. I have spent over $2k here and think its a great store. The employees and manager are Friendly. I dont feel followed like Ill steal something. High quality chlothes for out door activities. No sale section but there is a sale twice a year that youll have to set calender reminder. Definitely encourages me to get out and do more.

One of the best looking north face stores Ive been in. Not many sale items or events, but quality products that are built to last in the toughest environment. Be prepared to spend some serious cash though
