Theyre great! Git batteries, bulbs, they fix phones, replace watch batteries. Couldnt open my watch to change the battery. They had the battery and the tools to do it.

Online web ordering is very easy. products are in stock, ready for pick-up. Very friendly, customer oriented staff. Old batteries were switched out with new batteries in the harness frame very quickly.

Not very knowledgeable about fob batteries. Told me to go to dealership. It took a 2025. Sorry I stopped before looking at YouTube. Waste of time. Waited to long to be told that.

I stopped by one evening to confirm I needed to get the battery in my phone replaced due to the battery swelling and it could be repaired. They didnt have the battery in stock till the following week, so I made an appointment online later. The three guys working today were very friendly and efficient. One had helped me during my initial visit last week and another helped me earlier this week over the phone when I needed to reschedule my appointment to this morning. Very happy with my experience, and getting my phone battery replaced instead of having to buy a new phone!

The staff here is excellent! Came here because their price on my truck battery beat OReillys by about $50, but I didnt have the proper tools for the swap. Raoul provided a free replacement for me & only took about 10 minutes. Give that man a raise!

Good to have these kind of stores around for hard to find batteries and accessories but with all honesty, they are over priced and the quality is not so good. Batteries are never as the original and the life span is a big disappointment. Just not worth it.

This Battery Plus has always provided great, friendly service. Raul usually handles the work that I require and is great at it. I purchase batteries for the Data Centers for a major hospital in Albuquerque and have worked with this store for over 10 years.

I placed my order online around 10:30am and got notification it was ready at 11:30am. Walked in the store, told them why I was there, and they gave me my order. The store was clean, no other customers were in there, and they had all the COVID precautions and rules posted on front door. During my visit only two customers were allowed at a time.

This place offers a great selection and can fix all kinds of items that take batteries. I was so impressed with the quality of service. I had something fixed at a similar place called interstate batteries that was not good at all compared to this place. They are knowledgeable friendly and the prices are great. This place is also in a very convenient location on San Mateo. Overall I highly recommend this location for any batter/battery service needs. :-)))))

Staff willing and able to work on my problem. I was trying to replace batteries for my lawnmower. I am most appreciative of the efforts made to connect the three batteries within the original battery case which was hot and wet on the inside upon initial opening. Cables were marked to ensure that each was properly attached upon reassembly. Staff member was patient, courteous, respectful and professional, I will return should I have any future needs for any types of batteries or related services.

And if it is something they dont have in stock, they will track it down and order it for you. Need batteries, give them a try.

Bought a laptop battery went in to get it but they didnt have it in stock like it said on there website now have to wait 2 weeks for the battery not happy

So this store on San Mateo & Comanche offers Fobs service.I had some continued problems with the fob upon purchasing a new one at this store.The manager was professional and courteous and called me and explained to me what the problem could be. He was correct, and turns out that my door sensor was not functioning properly, and as soon as I fixed it, the fob started working. Too bad I didnt know that it was the door sensor prior to purchasing the new fob. I dont feel like it was their fault that I couldnt figure that out, though.So before any of you purchase a new fob, make sure your door sensors work correctly.

I purchased a battery for my four wheeler online because it said I would get a 10% discount if I picked up the item at the store. I didnt do things correctly online but they fixed everything at the store. Very pleased

Got a battery for my motorcycle, a Triumph 865 cc American, 2010. Found easily on line the battery needed from a very helpful menu search, paid on line, and went to the store with the old battery to pick up the new one. When the new battery was set on the counter I spoke up that the new batter looked to be larger than the old one I brought in. The clerk told me it was the same size, but then took it out of the box and compared, at first saying same size, but then did set the new over the top of the old and indeed the new was about an inch thicker than the old one. I said I didnt think the new one would fit in the space but the clerk insisted it would and I said to him Id try it and if it wouldnt fit he wouldnt be able to hear me swear....and he didnt hear me swear and I had to go back and change it...fortunately it was the same clerk and he still had the old battery and could today give me the right size with half the warranty and slightly less in price.....I will probably shop on line and buy on line next time and did see I could save maybe 50 or so bucks on line, even if I wouldnt have the convenience (inconvenience of two trips to the store) of going to a local store. It was not the end of the world, but it was a bit inconvenience....will not have stress over it, but it would have been nice to have gotten the correct size with only one trip to the store...but then...guess it is mostly OK...but not a full 10 out of 10 out of 10 experience.

I ordered a dozen golf cart batteries on line. A very easy thing to do. Selected a local store for pick up and was called by that store almost at once to coordinate a delivery date and pick up. The batteries actually arrived early and I was able to get them three days sooner. The service and professionalism from the store personnel was excellent. I will be a repeat customer.

Great service was greeted I handed the rep. a odd battery. He went right to the wall handed me a new one and asked how many more I needed. They have a awesome collection of flashlights and gadgets.

I needed a new screen on my iPhone. I had an appointment at the Apple store. I went there and waited 10 minutes just to get someone’s attention to sign in. Then waited 20 more minutes. While waiting I was googling Batteries Plus. I scheduled an appointment for 4:30 at Batteries Plus. I left the Apple Store at about 3:45 and got to Batteries Plus at 4:00. They started fixing my phone right away. Within an hour it was done and with a new battery and screen for less the the screen would have been from Apple.

I arrived at the store on San Mateo 3 minutes before after it closed. There were two kids in there, Im assuming they were employees. The transaction I wanted to make was well over $100 and I knew exactly what I needed. It would have took less than 5 minutes for you to make the sale. Walmart here I come. Will never go back to your establishment.

The quick service on line was great and the 10% discount. Service was prompt at the store but the young clerk (at the store in Albuquerque on San Mateo) hardly acknowledged me and then walked away without telling me the transaction was done. He was very rude. Everyone else was great.

Staff was great! They checked the batteries in my key fob and verify that one of them was good and the fog was bad and put a new battery in the other key fob for my car and only a couple of moments. Customer service guy looked up my camera battery and said they didnt have it. Thats it. Seemed irritable and in a hurry from the first moment. He didnt offer suggestions. Camera is only 2 years old and I know they make replacement batteries. He walked away to talk to only other customer in store who was already being waited on by the other employee. Will not go back for other batteries.

Horrible customer service, and even worse warranty support. I have had a hundred percent failure out of their batteries for my vehicles. Four batteries, four failures, four years. I will absolutely never do business with them again, and I would recommend that nobody ever do business with them. Expecting the customer to wait 48 hours to do a test on a battery without providing them with an alternative is deplorable. Cheap products with cheap quality of service. Perfect example of whats wrong with our country today, despicable.

Just be warned these guys are kind of pricey. But if its something you need right away more than likely theyll have it. Including cell phone batteries. Mine went out I made a call got great customer service and they took care of me. Even gave me a 3-year warranty with my new cell phone battery. Dont look for the batteries yourself cuz they have so many. Just ask one of the Reps and Ill take care of you

Bad staff, and product. I came to the place with more than enough time before they closed but they locked their doors, and when i pointed out they closed early they shirked and ignored me. I gave them the benefit of doubt and returned much earlier the next day, they then tried to sell me a battery i didnt need promoting it was what i needed; they were wrong and i left to buy what i needed on amazon. Saved me 20 dollars and came in 3 days. Theyre unreliable and overpriced. I love that their response to my comment is instead of apologizing, is to deny, it reflects their business. Batteries plus is consumptive since theyre okay with their manager approaching sufferers with no regard.
